Food is pretty good. Service is HORRIBLE!Front service guy spend 30 minutes trying to cave into his nose( apparently he wasnt able to catch what was inside his nostrils). Bathrooms are filthy. There is an unfair 10% extra charge for a party of 6 and over. Food is good though i really hope the kitchen has better maintainance.

I requested a senior discount because my mom is 80 years old, and the cashier or Clerk ask for her ID. She came in with a walker we both were holding her on each side to make sure that she didn't fall and she could barely take out her ID to show to the clerk. I understand that there's a policy, but use your common sense and it's only a discount. How cheap are you to make a buck! I don't understand why people are so greedy. I heard the food sucked anyways and I was trying to prove them wrong.

O'boy anyone who thinks this place is good is out of their mind and downright desperate. This place needs the health depth. to visit I won't say what I have seen but 911. So after eating here, I was sicker than a dog for 5 days. Food was disgusting I would have been better off eating out of a dumpster. Overpriced...extremely rude...and very sicken when you see an employee digging in their nose spitting in their hand wiping it off on their pants then touching food ?

I was actually impressed with Downtown Buffet, they had a lot of dishes to choose from, the dining area was clean and the food was good. The only thing that I knocked off points for was they never came back around to ask if we needed any more drinks or take the used plates away but otherwise it was a good place to eat.

Great price for this buffet. The parking is in the back, which was a bit confusing, but everything was great!! The food was good, it was a very nostalgic meal! :)

Our first time dining here, we weren't too impressed. The dining space had carpeting, the walls and the glass dividers between the tables were also unclean, just like any other buffet. The remaining meal was ok but not particularly hot, while the salad bar was excellent. Their burners must not have heated up all that well. Every dessert—aside from the fresh fruit—tasted stale. The woman in the back is preparing some sort of pasta; she was also in charge of cleaning the tables and keeping an eye on the diners. I suppose if you are very hungry and broke, you may come here once in a while for $10 and all you can eat.
