Absolutely love Dutch Bros coffee, but I hate how often they have had price hikes thanks to the new CEO! A medium golden eagle freeze is now $7+, and most of the free add-ons have a charge now (soft top $1, extra sweet $30 etc). Also the fact that blended drinks like the freeze are more expensive than iced drinks seems ridiculous. Out of all the central valley stands, this location is usually not too busy.
There’s a lot of great employees here but there is one girl here that always seems to be soooooo bitter or mad? I have nothing against her other than the rudeness every time we pull up. She always acts so annoyed to be serving anyone lol ? I get it.. customer service can be rough but honey every time a customer shows up we don’t want to be greeted with attitude and eye rolls.
Over ten minutes at the window for 2 green tea drinks with flavors, one blended. No conversation happening during the delay. Felt like window person was avoiding me. When I got the drinks, was told manager/supervisor was making calls and was also the person making my drinks. I watched about 15-20 drinks being made/delivered.Glad I like the place and will return...hopefully nothing like this happens again.
