I live near this location and I’m a regular DB customer in and out of the state. The staffing on weekends at this location is the most inefficient I’ve experienced at any location. Management needs to get involved and improve efficiency!
I came to California from Oregon where Dutch bros stayed and I can tell you that this Dutch carries Dutch culture well. I made a mistake and sent my drinks to the wrong store. They were so kind, they made them anyway and didn’t charge me. They are incredibly friendly and the store is extremely clean.
The drive-thru would be the only way I'd recommend visiting this location. The staff in the drive-thru have always been extremely courteous and great service. However, every time I have gone inside to order the experience couldn't be more opposite. The music they play inside the store is extremely loud and it is hard to hear the cashier when ordering. Im usually the only one inside the store but have to wait a while for someone to even acknowledge me and when they do...
