My drink tasted like river water and yeah my fault ordered online and went in drive thru but the employee told me it was fine just go in next time waited in a long line for 15 minutes and then the dude at the front after he was done flirting with the car in front of me and talked for 5 minutes we go up and tell him my order he scolds us for not doing it correctly and the girl who told us it was okay (she would’ve told us to go back there was no cars in back of us and we would’ve had no problem going back) said nothing as he scolded us for the mobile order said he guessed we could give us our drink we paid for as if he was contemplating walking ten steps to the counter to grab our drink and hand it to us or with hold the drink that was 11$ Next time just give us the drink or tell us to go to the window lol

I come to this Dutch a lot. And I’m just at the point that I will no longer come to this location. They are so much slower than any other location in Fresno. There mobile orders constantly get pushed back in time. So you can never count on your actual estimated timeframe. I was once told 15 min and waited an hour because at that point I had already ordered and they couldn’t give me a refund cuz it was done online. It used to be sporadic but not it’s gotten to the point it’s consistently bad. I will go to the Fresno locations moving forward.

This girl kept being on one side of the lane, and I got skipped by 4 cars. And as I keep pulling forward she told me to keep stopping. Smh some blond with bad makeup.

I really wish I could leave a higher review since the service is so great but there’s been too many times where they completely mess up my drink. I could count more than 10 times that they have or I would order the same drink multiple times but it tastes different each time. One time they even forgot to add the syrup to my green tea drink. Its unfortunate because it’s the only dutch bros in Madera but I rarely get what I order. Just want my drink made right 😣 other than that the employees are really sweet if I let them know immediately that my drink is made wrong.

The people taking the orders skipped me even though I was first they took everyone else order and wasted my time . People taking the orders are just not taking the job seriously definitely need better workers

Let me first say I’m a total Dutch girl!! Gave up Starbucks for Dutch!! I’ve visited different locations in different cities. The Madera location is the worse location I’ve been to! Always long lines no matter what time you go and staff not very personable.
