Today 8/15/2024 Best Dutch experience I've had since they opened. Cesar is the best he has the best attitude ever and a wonderful smile to go with it. He was ready to greet me and take my order when I wasn't lol excellent customer service he deserves a raise or giant gold star. Oh and don't let forget the little sweetie in the drive thru she was so great as well talking with me while I waited for my order to finish and I really appreciate the note she left on my cup again another one showing great customer service. Sorry I missed her name but she'll know I came back around to leave my tip "Go Team Gryffindor" ? Keep up the great work Madera Dutch Bros Country Club Dr. and thank you again to Cesar and the little Sweetie in the drive thru you both made my day ❤️?

When I thought I could not love this Dutch and its crew more, today proved it. After a long hot day, and long shift my fiancé thought he would stop by Dutch to bring home and surprise me. He waited over an hour in line ( due to technical difficulties, we get it, it happens especially this day and age) anyway, he gets his order in and has to go around to the walk up and wait another 10 minutes for our drinks. He gets them and comes home, well before he gets out of his car he accidentally knocks his off of the center console and onto the floor it all goes, he goes to get out with my drink in hand and his backpack gets caught and my drink goes flying all over the pavement. Defeated from work and the heat and now this, he comes in and tells me what happened and was super upset at himself for it. I tell him it’s ok we can go back and I’ll buy our drinks this time, we wait in line again for about 20 minutes, get up to the drive thru and a nice kid with glasses goatee and curly shortish black hair recognized my fiancé and asked if he was just there, my fiance told him yes, but I lost both of our drinks, the kid without hesitation goes awe man I’m sorry, I gotchu. He covered both of our drinks and upgraded the sizes as well. My fiance had his whole day turned around in the matter of seconds because of the kindness of This broista. We didn’t catch a name, but this guy definitely deserves a raise. Thank you so much.

Fyi, if you go through the DT around 5pm on a Th afternoon, even when you arrive at the window, they may insist that you pull around to the other side of the building, exit your car that you were in, and wait by the walk up pedestrian window. You're better off just doing the walk up window unless you go through the DT in the morning before it starts to get busy.

I understand if it’s hot and the lines are slow, but really? 40 mins in the drive thru? And I can’t even back out? Send a couple people out every 15 mins or so and take an order or two then cool off
Worst dutch in the Valley. Horrible customer service!!! The whole team has bad attitudes and straight disrespectful. They apparently don't know how to take orders yet let alone make a simple drink.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Cashier and staff need to learn how to prioritize better.!! They had messed up on my order so I drove up to the store again, allowing them to amend their mistake but I was once again disappointed!!! They had me waiting and waiting for my replacement and were planing to have me wait 10 minutes longer for a single drink that THEY MESSED UP ON, out in this 100 degree heat!! I complained and asked for a refund, cashier then proceeded to pull out my drink. I still wasn’t 100% satisfied with my drink but had enough of this nonsense!!! Staff need retraining in prioritizing and good customer service!!

Tried Dutch Brothers for the first time cuz my nieces wanted me to try their blend. I really liked what they got for me to try. Great taste. Enjoyed my treat from my nieces. I was happy! ?
