For my first time ordering a caramel whatever it's called was terrible might as well have got a frappe from McDonald's atp. Waste of money and the dude at the curb taking orders was literally an air head and didn't offer any help being my first time. Never going back.

This Dutch Bros is awesome. The staff do an amazing job and are very friendly and helpful. Their drinks are simple yet incredible—you don’t even need any add-ons to enjoy them!
This is by far the best Dutch Bros in the Central Valley. The service was amazing—especially considering how busy they were. We got our drinks very quickly, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I've been to a lot of Dutch brothers between California and Oregon. And this is the slowest one I've ever been to. I waited for almost 40 minutes to have my order. Taken and to receive my 2 coffee I don't think i'm gonna go back to this one again.I'd rather have gone to starbucks because I wouldn't have had to wait that long

First I want to say I like the drinks at Dutch and Emma at the window was fantastic. However, my two most recent visits were not great. Today, 12/8/25 around 3:45p, two girls were taking orders outside due to the long line. The first girl with the clear framed glasses was spending her time playing with a customers puppy. Once the 2nd girl finished taking her customers order, they proceeded to stand and talk to each other about the puppy. The clear framed glasses girl finally took our order since we were just sitting there with the window down. After taking our order, both girls left the lien of cars waiting to order still to run to the puppy and play with it some more. How unprofessional! You have a busy line of customers waiting to order as you choose to play with a puppy. Lastly, I agree with other comments regarding the pick up window. I usually wait an additional 10minutes before I arrive to the pick up, just to give them time to catch up on order tickets. However, I still end up waiting another 15min at the window.

I'll never understand why they have an order ahead/estimated pick up time. EVERYTIME I order ahead I have to wait at least 10-15 min more. Plus my most recent visit all the employees were dancing around instead of working. I got told twice that my one drink order was being made. I really hope they clean house with their current staff cause its very unprofessional.

You order way ahead of time and they never have your order ready even after the expected time it tells you on the app. It’s happened multiple times. Drive thru lines are also long wait times. Slowest Dutch I’ve ever been too smfh

My drink tasted like river water and yeah my fault ordered online and went in drive thru but the employee told me it was fine just go in next time waited in a long line for 15 minutes and then the dude at the front after he was done flirting with the car in front of me and talked for 5 minutes we go up and tell him my order he scolds us for not doing it correctly and the girl who told us it was okay (she would’ve told us to go back there was no cars in back of us and we would’ve had no problem going back) said nothing as he scolded us for the mobile order said he guessed we could give us our drink we paid for as if he was contemplating walking ten steps to the counter to grab our drink and hand it to us or with hold the drink that was 11$ Next time just give us the drink or tell us to go to the window lol

I come to this Dutch a lot. And I’m just at the point that I will no longer come to this location. They are so much slower than any other location in Fresno. There mobile orders constantly get pushed back in time. So you can never count on your actual estimated timeframe. I was once told 15 min and waited an hour because at that point I had already ordered and they couldn’t give me a refund cuz it was done online. It used to be sporadic but not it’s gotten to the point it’s consistently bad. I will go to the Fresno locations moving forward.
