They bag the bread for you so you can’t see the quality of the bread before purchasing. The bread is rock solid hard, super old and some moldy!

These people are money hungry
They leave their bread out over night and try to sell til it’s gone
Because they don’t “waste products”
Not to mention bug infested
Nasty people to rent from
Slumlords
They own the houses next to the bakery which have illegal wiring and black mold
My son has lung problems because all they do is paint over it
They even had the nerve to evict me 9 months after I left and removed my name off the lease because of domestic violence
These people are disgraceful people

I showed up right when shop opened up bright and early @ 6am. I ordered 11 pieces of bread. Got home only to bite into rancid bread that had texture like a dried out sponge. My wife called to return the bread. We showed up before closing time and shop was already closed. We noticed they leave the bread out overnight in the display case. Which means what doesn’t sell stays on display for the following day. I do not recommend this place to anyone!! We later found out this place has a bad reputation for poor quality bread. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere…..

The best bolillo
good bolillos
The food is very nice. I like how well done the bread is. Staff can be friendly if you are nice to them.
They make the best masa mix to make tamales, love their Mexican bread, really friendly staff.
The bread is good but she is rude and always in a bad mood not worth going back
Best tamale masa anywhere
The customer service is lousy, the owner has a very ugly way, she is not at all cordial with the clients, it seems that she is always in a very bad mood. It hurts about the good bolillo, which is the only good thing they have. They should be kinder to customers.
