Well, my daughter and I finally had the opportunity to stop the other day and it was well worth it. We both ordered the pulled pork sandwich. While waiting, Christian offered a sample of the ribs. VERY GOOD! We ordered a plate in addition to our sandwiches!

Finally got a chance to try this place out. I'm so sad I didn't get to enjoy it sooner, this place truly has the best BBQ locally. We ordered a rib plate and tri-tip plate with a couple of sides. The side servings were a bit on the small side to be honest, not sure if that is their usual serving side as some of the other customers photos on Google show much more generous helpings. Now the BBQ. I personally like my meat cooked medium. The tri tip honestly was well done which normally produces a very tough or dry meat, but they cut the meat into almost deli thin slices so when you bite into it with the onions and BBQ it is remarkably tender. Their BBQ sauce is fresh and you can taste the difference. Now the bbq ribs, they are out of this world. The smoky rich flavor combined with the generous seasoning - I'm lucky my husband let me have a bite. 10 out of 10, and I don't say that lightly. Now, just a bit to keep in mind they are only open Fridays and Saturdays until 6pm or until they run out. It's also a bit out of the way. It took me a bit to find the place but if you follow the directions on Google it will take you there. The gentleman that helped me with my order was very friendly. They don't take credit/debit cards so keep in mind you need cash or a venmo/cashapp account to pay.

Found this place on line passing through Madera and because the reviews were so good we made the effort to find them. We were looking for a restaurant but it turned out to be a food truck parked in the middle of a field. My husband wanted links and brisket which they didn’t have. But their ribs were good (not pre boiled!) and their beans were incredible. Loved them. The potato salad was also very tasty. Their prices were more than reasonable. We will look for them again, more easily now that I have their phone number. Would definitely recommend this little mobile place.

I must add that the service was excellent. I'm hoping for the best for your family on this new journey. Decided to give it a try after hearing about this BBQ for so long. I gotta say I was not disappointed. The ribs came right off the bone and the texture was perfect. BBQ sauce was delicious and I had a tasty coleslaw and chili for a side. Definitely a must have if you are in the mood for BBQ.

The chicken sandwich was good the macaroni salad could have used some pickles or something else in it the beans I didn’t really like and the bbq sauce was to tangy but it was good I was satisfied the waiting areas was nice and clean the people were friendly and it’s cool to have another bbq spot instead of a Starbucks or McDonald’s but I do hope they experiment with the menu like add more items or switch some items up a bit but either way I’d still pay for it and I will be trying the ribs next
