Fries were perfect but the burgers were disgusting. onion was so tough, cheese was barley melted and the meat patty was chewy and tough.
i didn’t know in n out could be bad until today.

What I ordered: 3 double doubles 3 Medium drinks 3 fries
What I got: 3 double doubles (not how I ordered them) one of them was raw and they had no onion and one had no tomato. And 1 cheeseburger (I didn’t even order a cheeseburger) BUT NO FRIES!! They also messed up my cousins order and gave him 2 fries instead of 2 burgers.
This is what happens when jobs hire anyone. Slow service, ladies at the counter can’t hear. Just terrible, I’d rather go to panda or wait to go to Fresno. Shame on me for returning here.

The new and clean place serves great hamburgers. The staff is super friendly.
Worst customer service i have experience. The young girl who was taking orders was very disrespectful and lazy . I came in at 12:55 and the young lady refuse to take our order even though it was for pregnant wife and our first time to even try it . never coming back to get treated like this rather go to sonic or jack in box cross the street better food and customer service.

(Edit) since then they have improved and now most of my food is cooked and the employees have good attitude. They also gave me a card to get another meal. Food was undercooked and my girlfriend took a whole bite of uncooked meat. Luckly the other burgers weren't undercooked but looking at the reviews it seems to be a reoccurring issue. Called reps and got a coupon for a free meal but having an uncooked burger when they serve tiny patties is absurd.

So my only issue is that it was bland almost like someone forgot my salt and pepper Merced in and out is always delicious You could definitely taste the difference in Madera maybe in another five or 10 years they will have the recipe down but it didn't hit for me.
