Unfortunately, my order was wrong and the food was stale (fries and burger) despite there only being 3 cars, myself included--in line. I asked for raw onion and instead got no onions, l asked for light well fries and instead got lukewarm soggy fries. Class of 2018-2020 needs to do better. Hopefully this location improves, but time and better management/quality control will tell.

It's honestly the worst In-N-Out I've ever visited. Food was horrible and extremely undercooked, and not the quality im used to. The employees don't even act like they care about making sure the order was corrected. Definitely will pass on stopping here in Madera again.
