Since when can’t you get your gravy separate from the smashed potatoes not everyone likes the gravy or can’t have it and to pay extra to get it separate it’s just ridiculous never going back to this KFC

don't like their drive thru service ordered 8piecs meal original every time pay full price and i never get wings and breast with meal they put legs and thighs if I wanted that I would have ordered their special legs and thighs. I'm better off ordering in chowchilla kfc they always get the order right never a problem. maybe madera kfc needs more training to follow chowchilla foots steps. and all ready called and complaint in the past but no changed. don't need chicken valchures for the inconvenience sorry to say same old service... will travel the extra way to satisfied our needs.

I told myself I would never give this place another chance but my dumbass did. Cold, overly greasy, rubbery chicke…gooey, mushy potato’s that are also cold but the coleslaw is warm…$65 and they acted like I was going to pull their teeth out when I asked fit sauce. No honey, no butter and no damn ketchup. Never ever again.

1 star from me because I went in to use the bathroom. There was 2 restrooms, 1 appeared to be for disabled people and the other one for everyone else. I had to pee so bad. The door said in use so I waited. They were taking forever and I asked if I could use the other one. I’m assuming he was the manager and he said just to wait for the other one. As bad as I had to pee, I just was like okay I’ll wait. I could hear someone in there but they were taking forever. So I went back to the front and asked if I could please use the other one and everyone just looked at each other like they didn’t know what I was talking about. The manager came back up and said I couldn’t but he knows that someone has been in the other restroom for a while. I was so mad and took off. It literally would have been so fast.

This KFC has gone down hill always running out of chicken.Last visit 45 min wait for my order wasnt that busy anyways.Tonight went there orderd the 10 pc bucket thats suppose to be $13.99 as advertised on tv.Was told no sir thats not the price.So it ended up being $20 for a 10 pc leg and thigh bucket.Two weeks ago they told me they dont make tenders after 6pm and the chocolate cakes are frozen so i couldnt get one of those eiether.This place needs new management or retraining because theres nothing but problems here was also missing part of my order when i got home.I might just quit going there all together getting to expensive plus all the hassels.Seek chicken somewhere else!A little better but wanted chocolate cake but only had lemon.
