People that work at this restaurant aren’t able to provide a customer service experience that will make you welcome and appreciate your business with the restaurant. Not commitment at all of helping the customers in their need more that just take your orden and get your money. Made me wait (after ordering food) half and hour to use the restroom, they told me in the beginning that the restroom was close because someone was inside and then wen I asked again the end up saying (half and hour after) that they close it because smells bad. So frustrated specially because I have to hit the road for 3 hours.

Consistently marginal food and service. This location forgets items frequently, so check your order before leaving. Although the lights are off at night, they will usually respond when you get into the drive-thru.

Since when can’t you get your gravy separate from the smashed potatoes not everyone likes the gravy or can’t have it and to pay extra to get it separate it’s just ridiculous never going back to this KFC
