Went to this KFC at 5:30pm. The chicken was old, dry and hard. The biscuits were super hard and old. The mash potato/gravy smelled old. This must be one of the slowest KFC in Fresno. No excuses to be selling OLD food. Lost a NORTHWEST customer. I would rather make the drive to the KFC on Shaw.

Food is good! However, they always seem to be out of Chicken except for a few pieces here and there! Never what you really want having to settle for whatever they have on hand... Clean facilities servers are polite..but if your in the business of selling chicken at least have what the customer wants!!

The young man working here tonight was very calm even though he seemed he was the only one covering the KFC. Many times he took orders in the middle of making food, he never sweat it once and he was very polite, I even noticed him changing gloves every time he was called away by a customer. Very professional. More employees should have this man's work ethic and commitment to hygiene.
