La Carniceria Y Taqueria Jalisco

Got lunch to go from here while in Madera for a wedding. I had one chicken and one carnitas enchilada. Both were good, but for me, the carnitas was definitely better. Chicken was a little hard and lacking in flavor. But in my experience, carnitas normally has more flavor than chicken anyway. Side of rice and beans was also good. My wife had two chicken tacos and one carnitas taco. Again, similar, the chicken were good, but the carnitas was better. Service was great here, employees were very friendly and had good recommendations for food and drink.

I'd give 100 🌟 if I could the tacos are so incredibly good as well as other things that I've tried bit hands down one of my new favorite taco places 😋

BEST TACOS and CHEESEBUGERS WITH FRIES IN MADERA....only request PLEASE GET ON DOORDASH! Or offer delivery. Lol. Tacos tastes just like the old Garcia taco truck by infront of the jail.

Just moved back from Fresno after 16 years and have been looking for good Menudo, Tacos, Burritos and Hamburgers here in Madera. I gotta say “Carniceria y Taqueria Jalisco” has it all. No longer searching, this place is very Good and well priced. Did I mention the Great Customer Service, new Favorite Spot.

I have been going to this carniceria for 3 years . My 3 orders of Menudo today 1/21/23 was extremely Spicy and no one ate it. I called the store and they said that we added Chile to the Menudo!!! Really??? NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!! Very Disappointed

They have one of the best Menudo in central valley. It's delicious and very good service.
