Just moved back from Fresno after 16 years and have been looking for good Menudo, Tacos, Burritos and Hamburgers here in Madera. I gotta say “Carniceria y Taqueria Jalisco” has it all. No longer searching, this place is very Good and well priced. Did I mention the Great Customer Service, new Favorite Spot.

I have been going to this carniceria for 3 years . My 3 orders of Menudo today 1/21/23 was extremely Spicy and no one ate it. I called the store and they said that we added Chile to the Menudo!!! Really??? NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!! Very Disappointed

Super burrito without sour cream and shrimp cocktail ordered with extra hot sauce. The worker was kind and said it would be ready. I went in to get it. The restaurant is like a mini mart/ restaurant. You can pick up and go or eat there. They have all kinds of meats to choose for from for viewing and much more! Safe, clean and practiced. Spanish music playing. Greeted by a worker when I walked in and the order wasn't ready yet. Waited. It was ready shortly later and the worker handed it over after I paid for it along with good day wishes! Lunchtime! Got everything set up. My half of the chicken super burrito was really delicious! Of course even better with their hot sauce! Great tortilla too! Half of the shrimp cocktail was fresh, tasty & great too! It came with Saladitas and hot sauce and that added to the deliciousness! Mother said hers was great! Said it tasted fresh and loved the hot sauce as well! Good service and delicious super burrito and shrimp cocktail! Highly recommended!

We ordered 2 taco plates, sorry to say the food was awful.Asada was not asada, beans and rice were flavorless.It gave us belly aches.I would not suggest eating there, that's it.

in town for fire assignment. Always up for authentic Mexican. Got a carnitas super burrito and fish taco. Both were delicious!! I live six hours away, otherwise I'd be in there all the time!
If you are looking for authentic Mexican food/groceries, this is the place to go. The food is delicious! This place has a very welcoming atmosphere, easy menu, and fast service. The staff are also very kind, genuine, and have great customer service. One of the best Mexican store/restaurant I've been to, if not the best by far!
