Best tacos in Madera right now, line can get long but they are fast enough so the wait is not too long. They are only open later during the day. Good atmosphere, music playing with outdoor seating. Benches and tables with canopies, good lighting at night.
One thing that stood out was the hand made tortillas! Delicious. The horchata was fire! The table where all the toppings lived was very clean! There was a good selection of toppings to chose from. Overall forest first time impression! Would def go back!
The best Tacos I've had in my 38 years in the valley. The Cecina is all lean and no fat. The portions are generous, you will get full but still feel good. Fresh toppings of all kinds here. The salsas have the perfect heat to flavor balance to them.
Dietary restrictions: Great treat for someone on a Dash diet. Fresh homemade everything here. Not greasy at all.
