Closing an hour early than what it’s suppose to be is crazy

If I could give negative stars I would .. Horrirrbblllle first I don’t know why I came here I went here last week got there nasty Dubai strawberries first off it’s not suppose to be hard chocolate it’s suppose to be milk chocolate second the strawberries aren’t suppose to be cut up and thawed out from freezing .. top it off they were $15!!!!!! Ok anyways today I went because my kids said let’s get some ice cream and we were nearby so I said ok it was pretty crowded as there is no line usually I never had an issue because they see you as you come in knowing who next I waited in there for 15 mins the crowd dies down and she gets the next person which shoulda been me ok I waitied thought ok mistake then it’s just me and a dude clearly she had saw me and she asked the dude for his order and he starts ordering for him to start ordering knowing I was there before them with a few kids and baby in my arms is a sad excuse for a man , but her to so I proceed to say I excuse was here first and she acts like she can’t here me and ask the guy anything else so I say it again and people are staring at me so if they heard I’m sure she did I was standing in front of her , on top of the glasses she wears she needs hearing aids to and some manners asap I would say to work on her customer service but I know it’s like a family owned shop so I know they can care less

The ice cream is good however it could be better, I’ve ordered on DoorDash and they messed up my order 3 times already. On my last order I ordered 3 different ice cream flavors and they were all the same flavor when I got the order at home. Tried to call them but they never picked up so bad customer service.

The hours on google should be revised or corrected , my daughter went and it was 9pm on the dot and the girl inside came and locked the door. So if the hours are until 9pm and not 10 like it is posted on google they should be revised. They literally locked the door in her face as she was about to pull it. So I suggest the hours be revised it will be helpful so people won’t go and have the door locked on them as they did to her.

I am beyond disgusted! If I could give them no stars I would. I was halfway done with my michiagua when I noticed there was a dead fly floating inside my water. I will never be going there again 🤢🤮

I just bought this shaved ice and I told the girl that I wanted it in the form of fresh water but she gave it to me the way she wanted. Besides, it was super sweet. I told her if she could give me water to reduce it because it was very sweet and she replied that she didn't have it. If I wanted she would sell me some water but the problem is not that she charged me for water but the way she answered me every time she assists me, I feel like she is a person who provides a bad service.

Service is basically to know what you want and hurry up.
We got some fresas con crema…. They only put one small scoop of the crema. Lol.
So you are just going to eat dry strawberries.
Would not recommend it, at least not the fresas con crema.
