I'm guessing they don't take big orders over the phone. I was trying to make an order of 6 pizzas and they first said they couldn't hear me and then after conformation of my amount of pizzas they would hang up. Couldn't they just tell me they didn't take orders over 1 pizza instead of hanging up 3 times?

They’re wack af they never have pizzas ready and the wait is usually long af might as well hit the one on yosemite they are always ready.
My husband went in there and ordered two pizza and they told him it would be ten minutes to get his pizza people came in after him and they gave them their pizza before they gave my husband his pizza 10 minutes before they gave my husband his picture and all the lady I'm sorry and gave us free bread I told my husband is a lot of money I would have gone up there and told him I was here before all these other people and you're saving them their pizza before me that is so ridiculous

I order a cheese and extra sauce and they said it would be 15 minuts,the person tacking the order didn’t even ask for my name for the order and by the way she had a attitude like she didn’t care if my order got cook are not,got my order but she said the cook didn’t put extra sauce he thought it said lite sauce,so I had them remake my order so I had to Waite another 15 minuts and when the order was done the person who was taken the pizza out of the oven asked how come there all this sauce on it like that,all this time all the employees are in the back with my pizza looking at it so I just told them give me my money back,they wouldn’t refund my money but gave me a sauce pizza,the cook had a attitude they all had a attitude like they didn’t care,this Business in madera should not be in business they don’t care

I picked up a pizza order from the portal and an item was missing then a few days later I picked up another order and the item was missing and not made so I had to wait another 15 minutes . This sucks because there's no convenience in that. They need to pay attention to there portal orders.
