Not bad, not good: I didn't like it because they told me that the molcajete doesn't have chili, that the meals there don't have chili and less spicy, but I told them that my food had to be spicy because it's something that I like, so it's better order an order of fajitas

This is truly sad. Las Islitas was introduced to me in Las vegas, and let me tell you, it was delicious. They have lots of restaurants, but sadly, not all have or follow the recipe. I will advise you to stay away from this one. The one in merced and modesto, it's expensive and not good.

The food was ugly, tasted bland and was cold. The price is very high for what they offer. The service is the only redeeming feature, however, it took them a long time to serve us even though there were few people.

Used to be a regular client at this place. Food was good and beer at decent price. Nowadays beer price is $7.99, more expensive than bars and the quality of food is not always consistent. I ordered pulpitos as appetizers and they were super hard and rubbery to eat. Also the food prices have gone rocket high. I personally do not recommend this place. I prefer to drive to Fresno to find a much more quality food and inexpensive.

I adore this location! Excellent meals and beverages at all times! If they are busy, it can take a hot minute to receive your dish, but the wait is well worth it. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the seating arrangement has been outside, which I find more preferable because the singers there are much louder than they are in the regular dining room. The experience alone makes the expensive but well-worth it fish of this caliber worth paying a significant price. Excellent location; if you haven't been here, check it out.

Rolled into Madera around dinnertime for a job kick-off the following morning. Was craving sushi but, sushi restaurants in the area were all closed, except for a buffet type. Mariscos Las Islitas came up and photos looked like a great substitute for my current cravings. Real close to the hotel and took the recommendations given to me, based on my description, by Ms. Rosita for the Lava Seafood Bowl and an ice tea. It was fantastic. If you should find yourself in Madera, go enjoy the fresh seafood this establishment offers.

The food was great, no complaints on quality. The service was extremely slow and they did not serve the table all at once. We had to wait for 10 minutes between some getting their entrees. The atmosphere is extremely dated and dusty. It could use a good cleaning and updating. The bathroom was atrocious.

Music was loud, AC too high, but food was good and the horchata was bomb! I would come again even though the food made us burp all night
