This store always parks you no matter what your order is. I dont understand how every night for dinner they park every car and get the food out at their leisure, which is usually a long time. And everybody is just ok with this? Im sitting here now and all ten spots they use to park cars and they are all filled. Staff more please.
Edit: Came here for my dad tonight on 11/3/25. The drive thru line is empty and they are parking every car. They told us they didnt have burgers ready. Didn't have burgers ready at dinner time? Yep, never coming back.

Horrible experience! We were told to wait at the pickup section for our food and they had us waiting more than 30 mins! They served people that got there after us! Very sloppy and order was incorrect !

I've got to say I used to have bad experiences coming here but ever since the employee Paul started working here, My trips to McDonald's have been better He's always so kind so hard working Such good customer service, he helps you leave here feeling better no matter what kind of day you're having, McDonald’s should be so happy to have him work for them. He definitely has people coming back because of his charm and great attitude.

Went inside, placed order on kiosk then paid at the register. The wait was taking forever. It was 30-40 minutes long wait after ordering food

I bought a large combo and it appeared that they were expecting me to by the medium combo. It appeared they flipped the medium fries into the large container. I was shorted an amount of fries. Wont be going back.

Probably the friendliest McDonald's in Madera I've been to or at least the friendliest shift. The order was correct. Food was actually fresh, but it was during lunch time sure it played a part.
