Probably the friendliest McDonald's in Madera I've been to or at least the friendliest shift. The order was correct. Food was actually fresh, but it was during lunch time sure it played a part.

We went in for a quick dinner and as always the food was hot and delicious. We dined in and the store was clean. But one thing stood out above it all.. I've got to give credit to your employee Paul. Paul welcomed us with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Paul was also very attentive to all of our needs and despite being extremely busy, Paul approached our table to see how we were doing. I've never experienced this level of customer service at a fast food establishment. Paul is one above the rest!

Service is subpar like 95% of the time. It's all a niners game not even about satisfying the customer with customer service. It feels good when you're spending you're money and you are greeted with respect and patience.

Everytime i come here im told to park and wait and after about 20 minutes i either have to go inside or drive thru again to get my order! A simple order like a Mc chicken and fries! If it was busy i would understand but its slow! And not even an apology! When i tell them i’ve been waiting so long they say they went out and couldn’t find me. I was exactly where they told me to wait.
