Probably the friendliest McDonald's in Madera I've been to or at least the friendliest shift. The order was correct. Food was actually fresh, but it was during lunch time sure it played a part.

We went in for a quick dinner and as always the food was hot and delicious. We dined in and the store was clean. But one thing stood out above it all.. I've got to give credit to your employee Paul. Paul welcomed us with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Paul was also very attentive to all of our needs and despite being extremely busy, Paul approached our table to see how we were doing. I've never experienced this level of customer service at a fast food establishment.

I don't know why but this mcdonalds is always hoppin. But even though they are slammed they can handle it. It's fast, it's fresh and I lost my i.d. in the parking lot and they made sure it got back to me. Good people
