Employees need more training on how to add ingredients to coffee when requested. Asked for a large coffee 9 cream 9 sugar and somehow it's always a miss. They probably put 5 cream 5 sugar. Not sure if it's to save product. Incredible how something so simple can't be prepared properly. Next day, took coffee back to have it made correctly and STILL hardly any sugar! Please retrain Employees to avoid losing customers over coffee.

A line of customers at the counter and for 15 mins every employee walked past all customers without helping.

I wish I didn't go to this restaurant today. I wasted 30 minutes of my time. I went inside to get my order, they told me that they would start making it, I sat down for a while, I went back to the counter to ask if it was ready, she said they forgot my order. Mind you it was just one burger. That's all I ordered.

Management sucks...there is a very long line for the drive through and people was upset inside for orders not being correcte and I only went in for a large milkshake and I was still waiting over 10 min so I walked out and left and came over here to Wendy's, took less than 5min and I was gone!!
