Extremely long wait times. Constantly full drive thru they still ask you to pull forward and you wait 30-40 minutes for food. Do. Not. Eat here. Total waste of time.

The fact that I went thru the drive-thru and still had to get off go inside and ask for my food that’s was just sitting their on the counter was insane even the uber eats guys next to me was pissed.

Nah just avoid. Fast food that isn't Fast, you'll wait 15+ minutes after thr drive through for part of your order and God forbid you don't want tomatoes or onions in your burger they'll just pile on extra out of spite like bro I'm not trying to start a war I just want what I already paid for

Mobile app wasn't working properly in the Madera area, so we ordered at drive thru. We waited over 40 mins at drive thru after ordering, a huge line behind us. Alarms are going off & being ignored. Customer service sucks! No one had the common sense to let us know anything at all. Sodas are weak and the employees moving at a snail pace! After we got our order, we checked the bags... missing items. You're kidding right? Had to wait again, just to park, go inside to ask for our missing sauces & nuggets. OMG! Do your job better & educate your employees on how customer service is done correctly.

I paid for my food in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes for a big Mac meal. Got it and went on my way only to get COLD FOOD. And this is the second time it has happened.
