Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. We placed our order at 9:30 PM and showed up at 10, only to find that our food STILL wasn’t ready. When we finally got it, none of the condiments we requested were included, even though they were clearly listed on the order.
To top it off, we ordered medium drinks and were handed smalls instead. We went back to have it corrected and were met with attitude and disrespect from a front counter worker named Stephanie. When I explained the mistakes and asked her to be more considerate about getting basic things right, she was rude and dismissive, like we were the problem for expecting the order to be correct.
This location clearly doesn’t care about customer service or order accuracy. If you’re looking for fast food done right, go somewhere else.

This is the better of all the macdonalds in merced, maybe because it's newer, but I like this one better. They also give u a chance at winning something from their menu with their spin the wheel game, to play u have to show then it's the first time installing the mcdonalds app on ur phone.

Lobby was well kept, no trash, soda area was wiped down, also during the time we were waiting for food I heard the manager or shift leader calling for a lobby check. This McDonald’s is on their A game.

The ordering kiosk tells you to take a number tent so the staff can bring the order to the table. Then you wait and wait and finally you go ask where your food is and you see it sitting on the pick up counter and now it is cold because the staff can’t follow through. These people are making $20/hour… ridiculous.

The drive threw ..the food seemed old like it should have been thrown in the trash.. the fries had so much salt I couldn't eat it it was the 5 dollar meal mc chicken I threw the meal away want go back

This would be my 4th time coming back tonight in hopes of them having an Apple pie. They never have apple pies available and I’m extremely upset about this after they’ve taken my payment for it, had me wait for it and offered no refunds after telling they are out.
