The ordering kiosk tells you to take a number tent so the staff can bring the order to the table. Then you wait and wait and finally you go ask where your food is and you see it sitting on the pick up counter and now it is cold because the staff can’t follow through. These people are making $20/hour… ridiculous.

The drive threw ..the food seemed old like it should have been thrown in the trash.. the fries had so much salt I couldn't eat it it was the 5 dollar meal mc chicken I threw the meal away want go back

This would be my 4th time coming back tonight in hopes of them having an Apple pie. They never have apple pies available and I’m extremely upset about this after they’ve taken my payment for it, had me wait for it and offered no refunds after telling they are out.

Whatever you DO NOT order from the self serve just wait for a cashier. This is the 2nd time I try to order myself and “they don’t receive my order.” I waited 24 minutes and when I finally went to ask they didn’t have a clue about my order and even after I gave them my receipt. Also I never received an apology. I was being the most patient I could be but the “manager” had to go call another manager to give me my refund! Ugh.

Very nice & clean. Employee held door open for me as I walked thru. And they had a tray of food that they were delivering outside ☺️ Placed my order thru Kiosk and received my food very quickly.

The staff could not get the order right. They told to park in a stall where someone was already parked. They did not bring my food. I went in to ask why so long and it was sitting in the wait counter area. They also said they stopped serving breakfast at 11 and it was 10:30.

Hairy burger!!! Found beard hairs in my chicken sandwich, felt disgusted and lost my appetite. The person preparing probably doesn’t have a beard net and I wonder how many other burgers have gone with hairs, since they are small and not that noticeable.
