Only McDonald's open on Christmas morning in Madera. Both ladies through the drive-thru were unbelievably nice! Mcmuffins were hot, fresh, and delicious. Made the morning great!

Every time, a 20 minute wait for a burger and fries. The In N Out down the block has 5 times the people and never more than a 10 minute wait. There's 10 people here, why a 20 minute wait? I'm done with this place. Never again.

Generally I like this location. It's pretty clean and the staff is friendly. My toddler loves using the play structure inside, it's one of the multi level ones. The food is as expected, haven't had an issue with it so far. Not super thrilled about how much the price of everything has gone up but I do use the deals and rewards on the app to help save money when I can.

My mom just stopped here for her little morning coffee and Costumer service is absolutely terrible! All my mom got from here was coffee and she was almost in tears when she got home because she said she never experienced such rude people at McDonalds. I understand they don’t hire the best of the best but do better.

I noticed a lady staff member here. Who was doing an amazing job. If all McDonald's had employees like her it would be a great amazing experience. She was making sure to go above and beyond with service also great smile and made you feel so welcomed. Her name tag said Shanel. I came in with my sons and they even took notice of her and asked me to leave this review for her. I hope they notify her of how amazing she makes people feel just with her happiness.

The drive through line blocks the road within the shopping area. The line inside was so long with only one staff person, I gave up and left. Restaurant was a bit uncared for… you can always tell by looking at the windows, whether they are washed… or not.
