05-01-24, 3:44 pm: tried to place an order for carry out. The answering system goes on and on about options for about 20 seconds, then you're finally connected with a human voice. The lady who answered proceeded to tell me that she needed to know at what time did I want to schedule the pick up. She said the orders take around 20-25 minutes. I said I could go in half an hour. "30 minutes?" she asked. Then she said the next opening would be at 4:20. At that point, I hung up. It's ridiculous for a pizza place to treat its customers like they're making an appointment to see a medical specialist. The last time I made an order here, they never put my order in, and the same lady accused me of going to the wrong MMP location. So I'm taking my pizza cravings somewhere else.

Really!! Bought a large combination pizza and only got pepperoni and Olivs and onions the heck of pizza is that. And to top it off the clerk only gave me 2 cheese and peppers. And the same guy had a attitude couple of weeks ago when I showed up 10 min later to pic up my pizza really rude.

When I placed my order for delivery, my "promised" delivery time was 45 min. It took over 90 mins to get my order. This isn't the first time either.

I still consider Mountain Mikes one of the true pizza with very tasty pepperoni. I highly recommend Mountain Mike, unlike other chain places, any location I eat I enjoy their tasty pizza.

Aug 2023 used Slice app to make a $50 order at 3:35 PM. I live 1 mile away. I received online notification that pizza would be delivered at something like 4:25 PM. At 5:10 I called Slice svc rep. He called them, did not get back to me for about 10 minutes or more, saying that they advised that they were extremely busy. Asked if I get some type of coupon or discount for being forgotten, he advised they don't do that. The order arrived 5:30 - 2 hours later than ordered. Lots of sliced cucumber in salad instead of "good stuff." Expensive pizza and salad very ordinary, other cheaper places have better fare. The last time I patronized them was 2 years ago because of horrible service back then! The store had 2 customers and 2 employees visible, who ignored me at the counter for 10 minutes by my watch. I walked out. Absolutely terriible service, management, and overpriced pizza for the quality. Never again, plenty of better pizzas, cheaper, in this town. Telling all of my relatives to go elsewhere.

Went in at 1:15 pm not knowing they close at 2. We paid $23.00 for 2 pizza and salad combo lunches. The pizza was old and bad under the lights. The salad bar was good except the lettuce was brown and I asked to have it changed. The drink machine was out of ice. So warm soda, the guy behind the counter explained the ice machine had been broken for days. I don't know but a small gesture if it was my business would be to go to the store and get some ice for my customers. Also if there was brown lettuce I would be quick to change for customers even if it was close to closing. The pizza under the lights, I have to say the guy behind the counter did come over to our table and ask if he needed to make a fresh pizza for us, he was very nice and asked twice. I felt I was putting him out somehow, and I think if it was my business I would have just made another , we weren't the only customers in there either. Sitting here tonight with a sour stomach from old pizza, brown lettuce and warm soda, I'm wondering where is the customer service? There is a great Mountain Mike's in Chowchilla, I'll stick to that one from now on.

Ordered food only for it to be luke warm as if it has been sitting there from a previous order. Avoid this location it appears the new owners run it like a little ceasers
