Customer service must also improve, because it is the first impression that the customer receives when entering the store. You should not fall into lambisconery, but instead be kind and attentive. In my particular case, it seemed that the person serving wanted a fight, remembering that you should never, ever fight with a client. Those gestures of disgust or outright sourness are not for those who serve customers. There are some things that can be improved for the good of the business.
