The girls in the front are absolutely horrible. Not only do they give you attitude over the phone but also in person. As a paying customer it is ridiculous having to deal with such nonsense. The pizza is good. Just the struggle to get past the attitude isn’t worth it.

Service is a mess I called and was hung up on. Called back put on hold 3 times was told there was a note on my number that I couldn't order pick up. For a not picked up order. Which is not true. Wings were gross super soggy. Use to love this place but honestly the food wasn't good. Like I said soggy wings and pizza was dry

Food is good. Customer service is the worst. The girls give you attitude, they don’t want to make salad so they tell you they are out of lettuce and when you pick up your order you can see them making salads for other orders. This has happen about four times, mostly not going back.
Kid-friendliness: They are extremely rude and unprofessional with attitude and clothes they wear.
Please do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this pizza place, not only do they lack serious customer service skills but that can't even get delivery or pickup correct, who hires these individuals that are rude and incompetent??? Who answers the phone at a place of business and puts a customer on hold without ever saying a word to the actual paying customer??? These owners apparently hire dumb and dumber, I have ordered so many pizzas from this place hoping for better customer service, to only be repeatedly let down. I have to question how they stay in business, they have some of the rudest employees I have ever dealt with and trust me I deal with nothing but people as a hiring manager myself. I am absolutely appalled by people who work in customer service jobs that have no clue as to the actual meaning of the words. Zero friendliness, no etiquette and very illiterate, no communication skills whatsoever. I wish I had names so I could literally put them on notice for being deplorable at what they do. Please educate yourselves on being a better representative of any company you work for. It truly speaks volumes about the ownership. Anyone who hires delivery people that look homeless and dirty and can't keep their pants pulled up deserve to go out of business, I don't want filthy people handling my food. Anyone running a business should set the bar high for their employees and apparently this is not the case with Pacifica Pizza. Shame on the owner for having such low standards for their customers and employees. Politeness, Professionalism and common sense should not be so difficult.
