I love panda express but this one seems terrible. I ordered a bow and the cashier had the gut go give me just one hot sauce. What? Oh, I guess they do that to black people (I hate to go that route but it looks like). This is my second experience and it's sad that sometimes I prefer driving to Fresno to eat Panda.

I'll give it 5 stars because its Panda Express... this one is just like any other. I have been to many, many, many Pandas.
You either like it or you don't, but as far as franchised go... and as far as representing the brand between various franchises Panda as whole gets 5 - stars compared to places like Taco Bell or McDonald's.
I haven't ever walked into a Terrible other absolutely dirty ruin down Panda.
Service is always constant straight across the board. Is the foods authentic or not is debated. But its affordable compared to Asian food options, fast and easy. But heck this is American, consistent quality and service is what we've be socially engineered at this piont to he the best we can hope for.
In this regard I put Panda in the top escolon right next to Moe's as far as fast food goes.

Customer service is terrible. I order thru the app ahead of time to be able to get there and just pick up my order. It’s not busy inside nor the drive thru yet they have me waiting 20min to get my order. The food wasn’t even good. No flavor on the chow mein.

Ordered honey walnut shrimp only received four shrimp on my plate it was a combination the portions are very tiny and too expensive for what you get they give you

We ordered a large amount of trays for an event. Paula was so helpful, and the whole staff worked together to prepare our order and take care of several other customers at the same time all while being friendly with every customer! We will definitely use this location again for future events!

had to wait on my order from drive thru over 1/2hr. in front of parking lot drive thru stall. reason needed to cook up more grill chicken teriyaki every one else ordering the same thing. yet 5 other cars got their order and did not have to park and wait. personally they pretty much gave out my chicken to keep drive thru moving. very unhappy with service should have to wait might as well went inside and ordered people was getting better service and getting their meal not having to wait for it.
