I have a complaint on your Madera Ranchos restaurant my kids go to school there in the Ranchos and I have called multiple time to order pizza for my kids there and with no problem it gets delivered to Liberty High school and Educational Options which are right next to each other, after I paid for the order the girl that took the order was rude and snotty and said they can’t deliver to 2 different locations, which I had told her I had done it before and with an attitude she said no it can’t be done unless it’s a pick up not delivery. She then puts me on hold for a few minutes she then gets back on the phone to say that depending on the driver if they are nice they will take them to the schools. I don’t think this is good service when I’m paying for delivery fees along with getting your company business I hope this gets fixed in the future because as of right now I no longer want to order food form this place.

Pizza factory has not updated their yelp menu Prices I ordered some garlic bread through them and they charge double of what the prices are on the Yelp. I told the lady at the counter when I picked it up they need to revise their prices on yelp, but they said oh I'm sorry-and I said they need to honor the prices on Yelp but they don't and they will not . so I will not honor myself to go there and buy their pizzas or anything else. I guess the customers always wrong.

I love coming here, Food is fantastic, A great amount of toppings on the combos! Autumn the kind lady at the register always greats me and my husband and leaves us with a smile on our face that girl makes my day every time i come in! The whole crew is always saying thank you when people walk out the door to leave. The salad bar is always very clean and a lot of options! The dining room is very welcoming. The boneless wings are so good try to buffalo! And last but not least they always give out ranch!

When we ordered an additional order of Cinnamon stix, they offered to keep the pizza and pasta we previously ordered to stay heated in the oven for 10 minutes. Thank you so much, they do so well for the Madera community, and as a Riverstone resident, I'm impressed and this branch is a new favorite of ours.Kid-friendliness: One time, we walked in to the place and noticed they held a pretty sizeable birthday party for kids, could be for a school function at night.
Nasaret's service was absolutely phenomenal. Additionally, Zeke was unbelievably polite and made a delicious pizza with all the toppings I wanted. I'm extremely impressed with the speed and service of this location.

This place is awesome! I came in last night and the lady at the front i believe she said her name was Autumn was VERY sweet and helpful. I ordered 1 Large combo which she said was popular and it was sooo good! It was a very nice restaurant. Huge thank you to Autumn for being the best.

Excellent pie, most excellent staff and cold beer what more could you want?Kid-friendliness: Super considerate staff. Keg was tapped out so they complimented us another pitcher to make up for it. Chill and personable even while dealing with all the chaos of oncoming custom orders.
It's not a great place for dining in. Noise is coming from everywhere. You'd have to speak louder to talk to someone in front of you.At the time of this writing, the average loudness of this place is 73 decibels, max loudness is 88 decibels, and the peak loudness is 91 decibels.

This was an absolutely excellent experience! The staff greeted me when I walked in and even though it was near the time of close, they still made me a pie and the bread twists that I ordered! It was so nice to actually walk into a traditional and literal pizza factory and see the dough be hand tossed with care and precision, as well as treated with a sense of inclusivity and welcoming demeanor. I definitely recommend giving this place your business with the current staff that is there. The guy with the beard was really cool and he was very genuine and asked me how everything was and I couldn't say enough about how well the product was! Please support your local Pizza Factory off of avenue 12 in Madera! It's worth the drive, the time and the deliciousness!Parking: Nice and decent sized parking lot to accommodate multiple parties.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid-friendly zone with an arcade and a party room for rent!Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely caters to wheelchair access!
