Wow, for a relatively new business I must say I would expect far better, we ordered a large pizza, half combination and half cheese and pepperoni with black olives, we also asked for pineapple on the combination side, what we got was as far from what we asked for as possible. Zero pineapple on the combination side, a few pieces of scattered meat , lots of onions, bell peppers, a few mushrooms and scattered black olives trying to make this look like a combination pizza which failed horrendously, the black olives should have been on the pepperoni side. Called and complained about this miserable looking excuse of a pizza and spoke to someone who barely spoke legible English telling me she would waive the six dollar delivery fee on my next order like that should impress me after a 52 dollar pizza and six piece wing failed to do just that,,, Are you kidding me with this pathetic excuse for a pizza and six wings? 52 dollars of the most horrible food I have eaten in quite some time as well as zero customer service and absolutely no professionalism, there will not be a next time. Zero second chances at a first impression. Pathetic doesn't even cover it.

It was our first time here at Madera Pizza Factory and it was so delicious. The staff was friendly and great customer service. Did not take long at all to get our food. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

Pizza factory is my favorite pizza!
This location is very new and spotlessly clean. I was amazed by how good the fountain soda was. The staff was friendly and attentive and the pizza was great as expected from any Pizza Factory location I have tried. I plan to return to this location in the future.
It is a great spot to get some delicious pizza! The pizza maker there is the best. He runs the heart of making a great pizza.If you a love pizza go there and try it for yourself!

Ordered a combo pizza did not get what i normaly get at other pizza factory locations gave benefit of doubt ordered a combo calzone same thing i feel as though this location cuts corners on toppings but your gonna lose more sales not living up to pizza factory standards

I don’t understand the bad reviews, they have to be fake because this place is amazing. They made the food quick, great seevice and honestly the best pizza in madera. this place is way better than round table, dominos, pizza hut etc. there a ton of options to choose from, and they don’t go light on the topping either 10/10
