Came to this place around 4 pm the customer service was so unprofessional and it was some lady that attended me very rude ..aside from that the food was nasty fries and burger tasted like old oil 🤢 this can make someone really sick smh 🤦♀️

I got home after purchasing food from this rally’s and my son opened his chicken sandwich and said there was a bite taken out of it. I was sure he was joking with me and checked the sandwich and sure enough, there was a bite taken out of the burger. My older son said he did not do it either but said that the wrapper was very loose when removed from the bag. Needless to say, I didn’t eat that night because my son needed to eat something that hadn’t been bitten by someone else. I contacted customer service and they sent me a coupon. I figured I would try again, and went in to use my coupon. They would not take the coupon. My guess as to what happened, and this is speculation, they made the sandwich wrong and the person that took a bite of it realized. When they gave it back, instead of throwing it away like they are supposed to, they gave it to the next person that ordered a chicken sandwich aka, me. It is pretty ridiculous that they 1. Will sell food that has been handled by other customers (gross and against health code) 2. Respond with a form letter and a coupon and 3. Not even accept the coupon they issued to make amends. I won’t be going back.

Was there today (06/01) about 43 minutes ago. All I order was a Large Vanilla Shake. Very simple order. When I got the shake was very light. More foam and airy. Also looked like a medium. Unless you guys changed your cup size. I feel like I got ripped off for what I got. Don’t be returning for a while or never!!! Whoever made the shake needs to be retrained. I work food service industry. The fact she served that makes me question the standard. I was going to go back but I threw away the receipt!!! Felt robbed. $5.51 for like 4 sips.

We ordered burgers with no onion amd tomato even made sure that they knew and it was on the ticket that there should be no tomato and onion but when we got home and opened the food up there was a lot of onion amd tomato on the burgers. They wasn't busy in fact only had me and one other car there and still couldn't get it right.

Rally's has good fast food and I would love to see more of them in the Bay Area ( Antioch, Pittsburg, Oakley, Brentwood, and few other places.
