Ranchos Liberty Cafe offers catering and they are amazing! Jefferson and his staff were very accommodating. They handled every detail so all I had to do was tell them how many servings I needed. It was a delicious buffet style meal with tri tip, chicken breasts, rice pilaf, vegetables, salad and bread. Very generous servings and all my guests enjoyed it very much. I would highly recommend them for any event.
