Tried ordering on the app but it wouldn't work. Went inside the restaurant to make our order. Was asked for my name so I gave it. Moved away to wait for our 3 pizzas. Was never called when it was ready even though we were sitting in site of the employees. . Finally went up to ask & it was ready & sitting under the counter. I think this place needs better management & employees who care!

Truly disappointing experience. It's definitely not worth $30 for a pizza made completely wrong! Arrived at specified completion time only to wait an additional 10 minutes in store. No explanation of new charge even though order was paid in full via website prior to arrival. This is not right on so many levels. Please do better.

Came in, used my rewards. Got the rudest stares by the people working there when the restaurant was NOT busy whatsoever! It's as if they were annoyed that I used my rightly earned rewards! The people working here are genuinely really rude. They kept whispering to each other and then side eyeing me and my girlfriend.
Pizza was typical, needed to be seasoned and gets soggy really quick.
I highly recommend ANY OTHER Round Table Location.

I was told 25 to 30 minutes over the phone, took one hour and 5 minutes to get one pizza. Get expected to be lied to both online and on the phone. A more realistic waist time could of saved a lot of hangry attitudes. Courteous clerks but on the weekends expect longer than told waits.

Took my mom to get a salad to go at 8pm they donāt close for an hour and other people were in there and the girl at the register said she couldnāt sell her a salad. The salad bar was still full and nothing was put away. A guy was even making a salad for himself but she still refused her. Which is very weird and odd behavior. Went to Mountain Mikeās instead.

Went in on a Sunday night, seemed like no one wanted to work. All the tables were dirty and there was only one table of people when we got there. The girl at the register didn't pay attention to anything I said and we waited along time for our order, when I finally asked how much longer one girl told me that she thought it was to go, so now our food is cold. How did they think it was to go when she gave us plastic cups, a salad plate and a number for our table? SMH

Dinner on 8/27/24 NO ICE! When asked about it, they were very non-professional and said we donāt have any. When asked to go get some, they could care less! Spent over $100 and have no ice! Didnāt even offer to give a discount on the drinks we ordered. Manager needs to be on top of issues as the worker said the ice machine hadnāt been working properly in a few days! Ordered garlic twists with pizza order. Pizzas came, no garlic twists worker girl asked if we were waiting on themā¦ said yes. She told the staff at counter & back. Still no garlic twists. End of meal went and asked for refund. The worker had the nerve to ask āare you sure you didnāt get themāā¦ WTH! The girl worker then spoke up and said I told you they were waiting for them. Finally gave a refund! Tables dirty. Cashier not paying attention when customers are at counter. For the pay these people are now getting, customer service was terrible! The manager or owner needs to re-assess the employees that are hired there. Only gave 2stars because the pizza and salad were good! Overall very unsatisfied customer. Most likely would not recommend to dine in!
My dad loves round table.So we picked up his favorite and took it home, and he grabbed it. He usually saves some for later. That is his lunch and dinner. Garlic supreme is his favorite.
