Dinner on 8/27/24 NO ICE! When asked about it, they were very non-professional and said we don’t have any. When asked to go get some, they could care less! Spent over $100 and have no ice! Didn’t even offer to give a discount on the drinks we ordered. Manager needs to be on top of issues as the worker said the ice machine hadn’t been working properly in a few days! Ordered garlic twists with pizza order. Pizzas came, no garlic twists worker girl asked if we were waiting on them… said yes. She told the staff at counter & back. Still no garlic twists. End of meal went and asked for refund. The worker had the nerve to ask “are you sure you didn’t get them”… WTH! The girl worker then spoke up and said I told you they were waiting for them. Finally gave a refund! Tables dirty. Cashier not paying attention when customers are at counter. For the pay these people are now getting, customer service was terrible! The manager or owner needs to re-assess the employees that are hired there. Only gave 2stars because the pizza and salad were good! Overall very unsatisfied customer. Most likely would not recommend to dine in!
My dad loves round table.So we picked up his favorite and took it home, and he grabbed it. He usually saves some for later. That is his lunch and dinner. Garlic supreme is his favorite.

The amount of toppings I got felt like a bad joke, and when I asked them to remake it, they said "we measure them by weight, so you'd get the same amount."

Pizza was a little dry , needed more sauce but it was good .
went here on March 8th 2023 for my son’s birthday and was completely chaotic in the arcade area.Tons of kids fighting and a lot of them were moving the arcade games and the video that I’m providing is from my son.THEN they broke the credit machine where you get the points or whatever on the card and you use it to play games.The food was pretty much average and it was very greasy.If your gonna go to a place for your kid’s birthday go to John’s incredible pizza or Chuck E. Cheese.Round Table you need to up your game.I don’t know why you guys didn’t do anything when they were fighting it was completely out of control.

I been here couple of times never had an issue until today we were waiting for more than 30 minutes for our pizza they come and tell us that there going to close at 7 yet they never gave us our pizza they had the pizza in boxes to go when they gave it it was cold and still tell us there going to close like are you serious.
Took my adult children for dinner and to play a few games well lotta games lol spent well over 120$ for us 4 ,the employees are rude and I ordered 2 extra large pizzas 2 orders of wings and 4 drinks and a unlimited salad bar that I only got one bowl for I did not want to use the same bowl after I ate from it .That’s not unlimited for the price and the salad bar was a mess and mostly empty,wings taiiisted weird like fish and the combination pizza was so cold with a blob of cold veggies gon top never seen that before.Did not have time to argue but I made sure to get a receipt by the way she did not want to give me I see now why! Management needs to email or call me this is not acceptable For the amount I spent , this place use to be the best pizza in town even if it’s pricey but it was not tonight!Yall need new staff that actually like their job it apparent these don’t and need extra training!!!

The food was great and we were having a good ol time until I got up to refill my daughter's arcade card, not even 5 minutes away from the table and my pizza and wings were thrown away which I wasn't done with yet.I'd understand the need to clear the table asap if it would have been busy and people were waiting around to be seated but that wasn't the case.The girl with the red hair was friendly and nice, the other gal, not so much.
