Not my first time here, but I needed to be sure, food is ok, definitely not so great, tacos were decent,best than the enchiladas and the nachos, the enchiladas suizas could have more sauce,which in reality that's the main point of that type of enchiladas, the nachos could have better flavor, for some reason they were bland so yeah. The service is good. Overall, I don't think I would come back.

We stopped in as we were passing through town for dinner. The service was fast and amazing. The servers were very attentive, checking on us often. The food was delicious! Will definitely stop by again!

Food was pretty disappointing. I ordered the shredded beef quesadilla. There was too much meat and not enough cheese. The meat was too salty and overcooked. Also used too much oil and made the tortillas soggy.

This was my first time visiting this location and they were very busy. Almost every table was full. Regardless of them being so busy the waittresses were extremely attentive and polite. I could see their staff constantly multi-tasking. I worked in food service for a long time and know how difficult it is to keep the place spotless during busy times and this place was kept very clean throughout. I could see the cooks in the kitchen constantly working and never losing their focus. The food came oit piping hot and fresh. It tasted great. It was also a large enough portion that I am going to turn this into at least three meals. Great job Sal's. I will definitely revisit.

So disappointed ...some of my order was missing. I pd 75.00 my short ribs. .we're all fatmy torts were missing.just not a good experience after playing a lot of money

Sal’s Mexican Restaurant in Madera was on point with tasty authentic Mexican food. Chilli Verde Tacos & Enchiladas were delicious. Friendly & great customer service by waitresses added to our pleasant experience.
