Perfect little gem in its own little corner, I was passing through on my way to Chico; they served me more than I asked and helped my drive safer to beat exhaustion. Now that I’m awake longer I’ll have to look up what she said about getting new equipment up and ready for customers post inspection. Great food and drinks, you’ll all love this place as much as I did

Because my father knew the previous owner, I had certain expectations. The prices were comparable, but I was slightly disappointed by the lack of vegetarian options. Additionally, the drinks were' smaller than usual. On a positive note, the drinks still tasted delicious, and the bagel was exceptional; it resembled a Hawaiian roll. I also made a new acquaintance, and we enjoyed a game of tic-tac-toe. Given that the owners are relatively new, I am hesitant to be overly critical. I hope this modest review is helpful.

What a cool place! The boba teas we had were fantastic, as well as the smoothies with boba. We had the mango smoothie with mango jellies and mango popping boba, strawberry smoothie with strawberry jellies and strawberry popping boba, strawberry pomegranate tea w watermelon syrup and pomegranate popping boba w strawberry jellies , and white peach oolong w lychee syrup , and mango jellies … BOMB!The most pleasing part of the visit was the customer service. The two young ladies there were so nice. My seven year old daughter wanted to order and pay for hers and her sister’s drinks with her own money. As you could imagine, she was a little slow to count her money, but the young lady was so encouraging and kind to her. When all was said and done she told her, “you nailed it!”, and my little girl can’t stop telling people about her experience.I pray God bless you and your business. We will for sure be frequenting Sips!

Nasty boba ever! The Thai tea boba was trash ! Water down and taste nothing like a Thai tea boba. The brown sugar boba was also nasty! Got a stomach ache after taking a few sips of the drink. Definitely won't be going back!

This is on 26 right next to Matilda Torres High School. They have a nice atmosphere. It's kind of rustic farmhouse-ish. Very clean. The tables are made from old bikes. So cute. They have a limited food menu (deli style) but it's so delicious. They make the cakes in house and they are extremely good. We came here originally for the Boba which my kid loves. The mangonadas are amazing. Everything here is chef's kiss. This will be one of our go to spots for a long time. The customer service is great. Everyone always has a smile and is so relaxed. We love this place.
