Mobile app is not continuously updated to show errors or changes in local establishment. Employees are not trained to do mobile reimbursements or work with customers when an error is made. No manager on site. Employees tell you your only option is to take what they offer or come back next day and speak with a manager. They Stop answering your concerns or trying to work with you for an equal exchange when you have already been charged for a service they were later unable to provide....read full review
