Customer service is horrible, and when it comes to pick up orders, they refuse to give take out your food to you. It’s only a couple steps out… They made us walk up to the order window to pick up.

Loved the Cold Brew Iced Coffee and $1.99 (Using the App) Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger. Everything else was not on point. However, service was quick as I preordered via the app and checked in once I arrived at the stall. They seemed to be pretty busy, but I was driving off with my order in less than 10 minutes after checking in.

Sonic’s concept is cool but their food is horrible. Hadn’t been here in over 10 years and remembered why. Salty salty food, cold hot dog, and worse service. Also, no point in serving breakfast if you open at 10:30ish.
