I got a bag of ice from sonic, but it had a hole in the bag where ice fell out. 🫤. The ice that did make it home was still good tho😋

Poor customer service. Went there 9/13/25 at 6 pm. There was a miscommunication in ordering a blast so we had them change a shake to a blast. The problem is we were waiting for our food for 30 minutes and the blast change only took less than a minute… a woman came out to give us the blast but said to make sure to order correctly as WE WERE HOLDING UP THE LINE when it was them who took awhile. She then shook her head as she turned away after I explained.

Food was typical Sonic, which is to say it's good. The ordering system was malfunctioning and the young lady on the other end of the system became rude while I was ordering. I had not been to this Sonic previously, and will not be returning.

I haven’t been to sonic in years; however, we went recently to try some new drinks with the summer heat. We have gone 3x in a week and each time the drinks are made incorrectly. For example, we paid extra for real fruit and the drink were missing the fruit. So didn’t even get what we paid for each time. Each staff interaction has been poor. Management should focus on training staffs customer facing skills and following directions. Needless to say, thanks for validating why we don’t come here.
