Thank you Karissa for the excellent customer service. I came in with a grieving heart, a brain turned into mush and a car full of kids. Karissa suggested I take them to the park down the street for a walk. She made my drink which was 100% delicious and even suggested I take some water for the kids. Thank you thank you thank you. Beyond appreciate you.

Ainzley went above and beyond to make my semi-complex espresso order without a hint of frustration. She even reassured me it wasn’t as complicated as I thought, which instantly put me at ease. I always feel a little guilty about my love for extra espresso and caramel, but her kindness and non-judgmental attitude made my day. To top it off, she crafted the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. Ainzley’s exceptional customer service is the only reason I’ll keep coming back to this location!

Came here on Wednesday August 21 at around 4:02 AM and the workers had music outside and it just felt comfortable being able to sit outside listening to music before they opened their doors at 4:30 AM. I went inside and asked to use the restroom and asked for water and the workers were nice ?

I don't understand all the good, *lying* reviews. This place was filthy, floor was sticky, girls looked like the rolled out of bed. The way they were dressed!
I waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and cold bread. There were 3 other people in there. What took a pour of coffee so long? They need an eggplant in their peach, let me tell you.
I should have kept going to the best Starbucks in Madera, next to Home Depot. Those workers are so nice, polite, and get everything right.

First time stoping here last hour they were closing we got a pumpkin spice frappuccino and a strawberry with green tea usually we get black tea but something different we'll stick with our black tea lol you have to have the tastebuds for green tea frappe was delicious great crew very clean just couldn't use the restrooms what was bad about that this guy went outside to use the outside and soon how manage to make it in time to touch the door handle to open for us. Makes you wonder how many other handles have been open for other people???

This location is the best Starbucks in Madera. The food is great. My coffee always tastes better at this location. This place is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The service has declined a bit. I am noticing that hot coffee cups are being set at the mobile order pick area without a sleeve or stoppers. I now have to ask for these things. Before, it was easy grab and go. The parking lines in the front need to be repainted. Other than that, this is my favorite Starbucks!

They need to get their parking lot repainted, as there are 2 sets of lines for all spaces and people are consistently parking over the handicapped spot, because of the 2nd set of lines that shows them they can.
