Most consistent Starbucks in Madera. Their drinks are always good. They are always busy but you never have to wait TOO long. They have no issue remaking a drink (which is RARE at this location). Comfortable inside with plenty of seating.

Only person in line for service. Told to wait a minute. Then she waited on 2 separate pick up orders. Then told to wait again so she could answer question from another employee. Then I asked if any national coffee day specials. Told no. I walked out. Poor poor customer service. Shame on Starbucks

I was there around 6:30/6:40pm on Wednesday 9/3 and there was a employee who yelled at one of the other employees and told her that she would make the other employee life a living hell and she yelled it loud enough the whole store heard her and the employee who yelled had blonde hair at the top and black hair at the bottom I also didn’t catch her name because she had her name tag covered but I remember what she looked like. That lady should be fired if that’s how she talks to her employees it does not matter if they didn’t something wrong or messed anything up! You should not talk to your employees like that !

Thank you Karissa for the excellent customer service. I came in with a grieving heart, a brain turned into mush and a car full of kids. Karissa suggested I take them to the park down the street for a walk. She made my drink which was 100% delicious and even suggested I take some water for the kids. Thank you thank you thank you. Beyond appreciate you.

Ainzley went above and beyond to make my semi-complex espresso order without a hint of frustration. She even reassured me it wasn’t as complicated as I thought, which instantly put me at ease. I always feel a little guilty about my love for extra espresso and caramel, but her kindness and non-judgmental attitude made my day. To top it off, she crafted the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. Ainzley’s exceptional customer service is the only reason I’ll keep coming back to this location!

Came here on Wednesday August 21 at around 4:02 AM and the workers had music outside and it just felt comfortable being able to sit outside listening to music before they opened their doors at 4:30 AM. I went inside and asked to use the restroom and asked for water and the workers were nice ?

I don't understand all the good, *lying* reviews. This place was filthy, floor was sticky, girls looked like the rolled out of bed. The way they were dressed!
I waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and cold bread. There were 3 other people in there. What took a pour of coffee so long? They need an eggplant in their peach, let me tell you.
I should have kept going to the best Starbucks in Madera, next to Home Depot. Those workers are so nice, polite, and get everything right.
