Honestly I’ve never been in a more vibeless coffee shop. The lack of chairs and bathroom make this feel more like a prison cell than a place to get a beverage. What’s more dystopian than walking into an empty room with no menu that encourages you to pay on your phone and leave as fast as possible. 1 star is far more than this wasteland of an establishment deserves.

I went thru the drive thru to pick up my drink, the girl was so rude. She literally just stood there didn’t say a word I was still polite and told her nicely that I was there to pick up a drink and gave her my name for the order, she didn’t say anything back and just walked away. She came back and rudely handed me my drink and once again did not say a word. I will absolutely not be returning to this location.

“Nataly” needs some people skills, when I asked her what bogo was, she looked at me like I was stupid or something, and hesitated to answer the question. Never had an issue with this location, but if you’re having a bad day maybe leave that at home.

I was super excited seeing and waiting for a new Starbucks being built so close to my house , but I was super disappointed when I went in,
I usually like to go in Starbucks and be able to unwind for a moment, and sit and enjoy my coffee before starting my tasks back up, this Starbucks doesn’t welcome or support that. There’s no seating and they don’t ring up your orders. They make you do it yourself or stay in your car and go through the drive through, It seems like Starbucks is not guest friendly anymore it’s like ‘spend your money, you have your coffee now go away’ I won’t be comping back to this location / supporting this atmosphere with my money

I normally go to this location as I live close by but today I had a bad experience. I originally got my dragon fruit refresher without lemonade and it had no flavor. I politely asked to have it remade because it tasted like water. I was told that if it didn’t have lemonade it would taste like water. I’ve had this drink made plenty of times with no complaints of flavor. Instead of remaking my drink I was just given base in a cup and a cup of ice to make it myself. The employee did not remake it and came off rude and unhelpful. I was extremely disappointed.

This new location is very nice and clean. It is a little confusing because it’s pickup and drive only. The customer service was very pleasant and kind. The workers answered all my questions with patience and helped me find a new coffee I like. Everybody was nice and made me feel welcomed, I definitely recommend this location !

This new store is a hit or miss for me, sometimes I get kind service and properly made drinks sometimes my drinks are just way off…and I don’t understand having to park when there is no car behind me in line? Also not sure why they close down their drive thru early in result making you have to walk in when you do a mobile drive thru order. Luckily I’m moving neighborhoods soon so I will be closer to a more reliable Starbucks store.

I always come to this location. It is so nice inside and clean. The staff is so nice to me and knows my name and order. They make it so easy to get in and out. My new favorite location in Madera, definitely recommend going there

I went through drive thru 1 truck in front of me and when I was going to order she said sorry we close a 8 pm and it was 8:01. I have not ever expected that. But will not go to that location for sure. Alway thought they had great customer service not that location.
