They take at least 5 minutes to even greet customers, and every token I’ve stopped at this location my order is always made wrong even though i tell them exactly what to put. They lack customer service and common sense.

If you cant find it, its inside the gas station...FRESH. Got a veggie delight, bread was nice and soft, fresh slices of Avocado and the veggies were juicy, crisp, all they were supposed to be. Clerk kept her Station nice and clean, she got busy really quickly but handled it like a boss!

Got a very good sandwich I always order the same thing from any subway I go to but I would have to say this one was made the best/ tasted the best I have had so far and the employees were very friendly

This location is pretty consistent with their sandwiches, however sometimes when there's a new employee they don't get the order right. My last order was probably the best one, the sandwiches had everything I ordered and were delicious ? and it was a new employee!
The girl hung up on my son when he asked to place a To go order then locked the door on me when I pulled up, i asked if she’s closing up she said yes. I asked why as it’s not 9 she replied to use the restroom and hasn’t come back out. She was so rude I couldn’t believe it. Go to Howard subway you won’t be disrespected

We went into the Subway at 8:45 and the girl wouldn’t serve us. She said she was closed. My husband said it wasn’t 9:00 yet. She said again that it was closed. Then he asked her her name. She mumbled. I think she said Josy.

Owner helped us and was so friendly, patient, as well as fast. He was the only one working at the time as the shop got really busy. He handled it like a champ and no unhappy customers. Everyone waited patiently. The shop had good vibes and the owner as well as the shop were very clean.
They don’t deserve one star very poor customer service It was so dirty the 2 girls did not use or wear gloves our bread tasted stale meat was really dried out like it was warm the dressing on our Sandwich was really warm Soda area had ants no cookies they forgot to bake asked for mgr when I called said Subway does not have mgrs asked for owners info she said There Indian and it’s just a tax shelter for them I was speechless…. Bottom line food was disgusting not sure If I can even eat Subway again Saturday May 14,2022 2:30 pm

Employee(Ariel) was not pleasant. Stop by at around 6:30 pm and I greeted Ariel she did not respond decided to continue mopping wait a bit before she finally came to start my order without washing her hands had to ask her kindly to wash her hands not a good experience. I own a business myself so I definitely know that customer service is priority!

Foods are always fresh and delicious in Subway undoubtedly. But the employees of this store are so nice and friendly that sandwiches even taste far better due to the hospitality they exhibit. I have to travel extra miles to come to this store and employees make worth of my invested time.
