Zero stars. I specifically called and asked if they take coupons they said yes just none of the sandwiches that are in the picture are included(basic sandwiches available for coupons). I showed up to get 6 foot longs, waited inline (coupons in my hand visible) I get to the front after about 5 ppl and the guy says they don't take coupons. I said I just called and asked he said no we don't take them.

I said no bacon, manager gives me bacon anyway, then says he will not pay me for it but then pays me 1.50 for one strip of bacon when I didn't want it in the first place

The place was clean, food looked fresh but was very unhappy with proportions of food on order. I ordered the wrap which was almost half the size of what i used to get in other locations.

The place was set to close at 9pm on a Saturday night but when we arrived at the worker lock the door on us, and it was only 8:38pm. Absolutely disappointing.
They get bad reviews but I have never had an issue. Staff is friendly and they get the order right. Their selection has dropped but that could be due to corporate
