My french fries were stale. This is the second time I have went to this location and they were stale. Obviously, they been there a whole lot longer than 15 minutes I also paid for one of those green sauces and didn’t receive it. I also was not given my receipt. as a pregnant woman, I’m literally just gonna sit here and say how diabolical!!!

Double beef burritos have very little beef, cinnamon twists have no cinnamon, and their weekend food is ALWAYS bad. Pepsi machines have a lot of issues.

Bar far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Bathrooms were disgusting! I did an online order, it was completely wrong, I didn’t get any of the sauce I ordered and the Pepsi I was suppose to get I think is cherry Pepsi? I would give them a zero of if I could!

Madera Howard location lacking customer service workers do not seem to even want to be there. Music is extremely loud in dinning area. Barely any tables to sit at due to them being dirty. Two workers were just sitting in the lobby possibly on break, but talking very loud over the music about others and personal life. Had to walk out and just take my food to go

The place was empty when I went. It was clean, and they enforced the ordering by the kiosk at this taco bell. If you must pay by cash or have a problem, then you go to the counter and hope someone will help you or take your order.
