It was ok. The food was fresh no stale shells here. The meat was hot and the chulupa was good. Feeling meal. The app needs updating .

When i went thru drive thru they told me to reverse past the yellow marker and pull forward so it looks like they multiple customers.

Terribly understaffed, rude employees, decent food though.
Listen, I worked eight months in fast food, faced the absolute worst of it. I know what it's like to get burned at the grill, get treated disrespectfully by entitled customers and so on. But let me tell you, this specific Taco Bell has problems man.
The employees were rude, treating us like we were just a nuisance and made us wait five nearly eight minutes just to get our drinks once our food was done. Even then, it wasn't even their fault, I blame management for this. They needed more people, not just for the kitchen, not just for the drive through, but for the counter to hand folks their food and drinks.
Don't get it twisted, I don't appreciate the disrespect we were handed by them, they really need to fix their attitude, bad day or not. I don't like it when some arrogant worker treats my mother like some old hag. The point is, however, that everyone could be a happy camper if those stuck up suits they call corporate hire more workers, ESPECIALLY on week days.
In short, decent food, rude employees, not enough workers and, worst of all, disorganized management team. No mi gusta taco bell.
Edit: For the record, this review coincides with the one made by Rosamaria Galan (my mother), meaning this incident took place back in August 14th, 2026 at around 6:00 PM.

Everytime I've come I paid for one item and receive a lower value item instead and no receipt to even complain or show them their mistake. Just straight up getting robbed

It's 8/14/25 about 6:10pm. My husband went to the screen to order but he got frustrated with the screen so he went to the front and he waited for someone to come and take the order but no was was coming so I went to the screen and I finished the order with 2 drinks. When my name was called they only had the good but not the drinks. The girl at the window said she will be right with us but proceeded to take 2 or 3 orders. We waited like over 6 minutes untill I told them we were only missing the drinks. And someone muttered something in the back and the girl in the window came over asked for my name printed my order and prepared our drinks we said thanks and she said nothing. That was rude and it was also rude we didn't have our order complete. We also didn't get the sauce. 😐

this is a terrible store I ordered dinner for my father to deliver at a decent hour and the delivery person spoke very little of no English at all he called my father my father told him how to get inside where he was in the apartment I put all everything down that he needed you just know it's open everything is open during the day it was still light outside and you just go straight and my part my Dad's apartment is right there you don't go deep too far deep after the office and the guy could not find it he called my father my father said he didn't understand English he never got the food never got the food my dad's 73 and he's blind never got the food I work for Taco Bell but in Ripon California and I can't believe that this happened I want my my want the order fixed delivered to my father today and I want my tip back and I want my delivery free back
Dietary restrictions: my dad is 73 years old expecting his dinner that night he is partly partial blind he never received his order because the delivery people talk about has delivering the food cuz he used to talk about app and I work for Taco Bell but in another town and my father never got his food I placed a $40 order with a tip and a delivery fee and a benefits fee for this person that's supposed to deliver dinner to my father and never he never mind so this needs to be fixed

I came to grab dinner on the way home from work. First off I was Double charged, which I showed the worker at the register with my banking app and they explained to me that 2 charges won't be processed. That was a lie. Then after eating the food my whole family got food poisoning, we all are throwing up and have diarrhea! This is the last time I'm coming to this tacobell, I recommend others to avoid as well. Corporate should shut this place down.

I used the Drive thru so the atmosphere was great in my truck sitting next to the love of my life.You can always count on Taco Bell. Good food for a good price!
