I’ve been here about 4 times now on my way to work in madera. What’s important to me is that they consistently get my order right. It tastes fresh, not old and stale like some Taco Bell’s. They’re not sloppy with their food and items have always been full, not skimpy (another toco bell problem.) staff is helpful and friendly. never thought I’d go out of my way to write a good review for a TB but here it is!

We came in mid afternoon and placed 7 orders (on a road trip) and they forgot to make two of them. When we asked about them, they started right away and the manager came out with a $10 gift card because he felt so bad that they had forgotten to make our food.

My Cheesy Gordita Crunch was fresh! That hardly happens anymore.
Super hot in the building extremely short staffed I hate to order on the kiosk due to my Dyslexia but understandable with the staffing literally only two people one cooking one doing drive through so a bit of a wait for the food but they did apologize for the wait which was appreciated.
