Sing said open and talked to someone in the drive through and they asked me if I was using the mobile app and then they closed the store and didn't say anything else after I said no to using the mobile app
I could not understand how to order my usual order, myself, at the order for yourself, kiosk. I went to the counter, and they (the staff) looked at me, talked on the mic, and went and hid behind the kitchen. I waited thinking they called someone ... they didn't. My wife said, "Let's go through the drive-through. We went through the drive-through ... I ordered, and they corrected me asking if I wanted something else , I said no, and they said, "Do you want another item and I said yes .... I couldn't take it any more. I let them order for me because they couldn't be bothered to make a grilled chicken burrito. Exhausting.... if you hate your job, get another one ... life is short. Don't waste your time or mine. Oh, and my burrito was cold.

Went inside to order a quick bite to eat for my husband and I. There was not one person at the checkout counter. I ordered on the kiosk and went to pick up the food once it was done we left and I tried a fry…it was cold and stale! My husband did was also cold, stale and soggy. When we turned around the girl “Sasha/Nancy” not sure which one told me “ you were gone for awhile that’s why they are cold”. I replied “I made it out of the parking lot and came right back in”. She then grabbed the food around the corner and I hear her and her coworker “Sasha/Nancy” “she said her food is cold but I timed her and she was gone for a while” the other girl “how is that our problem”?!! I said “if you are going to have an attitude you can just give me a refund and I will go elsewhere”. I hear “OH GIRL” I said “yes just give me a refund”. Neither girl came to give me the refund they made “Carlos” whom was super apologetic and embarrassed at their behavior. If I could give -10 as a star I most certainly would. You don’t talk to customers that way.

I just made an online order came in 15 minutes later my order was not done and they’re doing drive-through orders instead making me wait. I don’t understand the online orders if I don’t get my order in time.

Gave them another chance and again failed to get order right and put sour cream on everything even though i asked to please dont put on food. Done with this place!😡
Update review, havent gone back dont know why this came up. Been hearing the same from others that you have read above.

Probably the best Taco Bell in Madera, I sure hope the employees in the back have working AC like the lobby does… if you’re ever craving tacos, or Bells, I’d recommend this Taco Bell
