The first time we ate here everything was DELICIOUS! Unfortunately we ordered DoorDash tonight and the results weren't as good. Food was great, but the shrimp fries were missing the sour cream and pico that was requested, and the loaded potato didnt include any of the toppings that were in the menu picture (onion, cilantro, sour cream). Their menu should list what is included, and what needs to be requested if they arent going to include whats in the photos. But I guess they dont pay attention to additional requests either since they didnt include the sour cream or pico for the shrimp fries. I'll give them another chance since our in person experience was better. Maybe it was just a bad DoorDash order experience.

Great Food! Has only been my second time eating here and has not failed to impress. Overall experience from service, food, & atmosphere terrific. Definitely a place I'd recommend to my family and friends. Worth every penny spent. The cooks here are not afraid to load up the quesadillas with meat and cheese. I've been to many toco trucks and restaurants since I work remotely. This is by far the best spot in madera and my go to spot when I'm in the area.
decided to give Taco mana tried today. my husband ordered the biscuits and gravy breakfast and I had a breakfast burrito. my husband couldn't stop raving about how great this gets and gravy breakfast was and the breakfast burrito was very decent nice very balance of fillings great salsa too. service was top tier pricing was reasonable. overall a good experience. we'll be back for sure.

Great service and a friendly atmosphere, really good food. I ate the breakfast burrito, and my wife got birria tacos. The staff was attentive and informed us of the unlimited pancakes on Saturday. They have free refills on the Aguas frescas.

This was my first time ever coming here. I came because I saw on Facebook he was giving free coupons for tacos. So I decided to stop by and try it. I've been craving asada fries and decided to get that and take the free taco to my friend. The asada fries did not disappoint! Definitely recommend

If you have not tried the food here yet you are missing out! The carne asada was fresh and not super salty. The portions are HUGE and you definitely won’t go hungry. My husband said they also have the best breakfast burrito he has ever had. We will definitely be back.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans... this place has something for everyone. Taco Man is a newer restaurant establishment however it is a widely successful taco truck business that had been around for many years. The owner, Joseph G., is incredibly kind and caring. He has excellent communication, costumer service and caters large events. The menu has lots of delicious Mexican food options as well as desserts like brownies and lemonades. Here is a pic of a burrito I got that has soyrizo, potatoes and beans! It's all vegan. I got a side of avocado & pico de gallo. Very excited that this business is now a fully operating restaurant in addition to the taco truck and I appreciate the tasty food and the hard working/friendly staff. Looks like a typical building from the outside and on the inside has a fun, warm and casual vibe.
