Very nice location 👌
Rude staff 👎
A beautiful experience, beautiful place! Incredible for celebrating events as well
GREAT VIEWS - vineyard is beautiful. The guys working at the winery know so much about the grapes and the different wines that they carry. I loved that they grew all of the grapes for their wines on the property. I would visit again!
i recently had my proposal at this winery and it was amazing. the wine was great, the service was amazing, and the scenery was gorgeous. our server (marc) was extremely helpful when it came to my proposal and the wine and food we order.
One of our favorite wineries in Fresno, infact the best one , always enjoy their open patio overlooking vineyards, and have attended many parties hosted by our friends there, always same pleasant experience with their friendly staff with the best attitude, Special mention for Fill who is an asset to their business, he is a great guy with a very positive personality and attitude, wish them the best .
Had such an amazing time here- delicious wine, amazing service, live music & beautiful views! We will be back (:
Went to Toca Madera Winery for a bridal shower. Completely passed the winery the first time and had to drive a little bit down the road to be able to turn around... Coming from the direction of valley children's hospital, there's is no sign at the driveway to mark the winery entrance. There appeared to be 2 events going on, so signs directing people might have been helpful. Once things got underway, neither event could be heard-partially seen, yes, but that was all. Everything went well... The scenery was beautiful... And as it grew a bit warmer, pop up covers were brought out for the tables-which made things even nicer. The wine I had was wonderful, but I forgot the name-guess I might have to go back for a bottle... Notes of apples, pears, and marzipan (I think it's what I heard). I cannot speak to cost as I was only a guest, but as far as beauty, easy clean up and set up... This really couldn't have been better!
We were there visiting from out of town, and we wanted the winery experience. Everything was great in the beginning; we bought a bottle and charcuterie board and gave a pretty good tip for the host until we politely ask for a photo with our wine glasses from the host, but he was not nice about it. If he was busy, he could've politely declined or offered a time to go back to us for one. After the wine tasting, he didn't really check up on us.
Today I visited Toca Madera for the first time. I have to say the atmosphere is great. They had food trucks, live music and when you step out into the patio you are greeted with a breathtaking view of the beautiful landscape and vineyard. I would give it a lower score if it wasn’t for the atmosphere. On the other hand I gave it a three star due to the service we received by the gentleman with a thick goatee and a white tie today. He did not seem to be in a good mood to sell vine. He was short with us, did not offer any information about the vine. We asked to have a taste and rolled his eyes at me and my friend like we just wanted free wine. We bought two bottle for our table totaling ove $70 dollars. He even went as far as telling my friend after just after tasting two wines. O.k. this is your last tasting like if we were freeloading off the tastings. Not cool for someone in the wine selling business. Coincidentally earlier in the day we visited some vine tasting spots in Murphys, CA. Now that’s great service, they might be up in the mountains but they know how to treat customers. Kind, knowledgeable and patient. I hope in the future this guy learns to treat customers better. The wine and atmosphere are great but on this day the customer service was not.
Very friendly and chill. Went on a Sunday afternoon, really hot out but the AC and acoustical guitar were perfect. Great wine at the tasting.

Nice estate winery with live music on Sunday
Interesting natural wine
Went to a wedding here yesterday, it’s a beautiful spot! But the staff are rude and unprofessional. There is NO Groomsmen Suite, they had to dress in the glass room next to the wine tasting room, with completely see through glass. A groomsman brought a speaker, and tried to play a little music, they were immediately told by a very rude staff member that they are not allowed to play any music on their own, other than what the winery plays.
What a great venue. Sunday was super chill. Really laid back vibe and beautiful grounds. Staff so accommodating.
Lovely venue
