The drive-thru service here is consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as rude and dismissive, with little effort to be welcoming. I rarely hear a simple “welcome” or “thank you,” and most of the time the window is shut on my face abruptly before I can even ask for anything else. The food is the only reason I still come, because the customer service is far from pleasant.

Glad to find Wendy's right off the highway 99. It was breakfast time. The coffee had a good taste and those seasoned potatoes are oh so good. The employees were polite and even double checked our bags for us.

First of all waiting at the drive up window was at least 5-8 behind a car and when it was my turn another 4min. This was approximately 430pm. I did not get any straws for my drinks . I had to ask for them. My salads were given to me tossed up. I had to ask for the condiments that go with each salad and was looked at like I asked for a gold bar My fries were probably left from lunch time and cold and stale. We are local to Madera Co what a waste of our money and $60+ for 3 people food that was thrown together. I am so disappointed in this Wendy’s. I would not spend your hard earned money here

This Wendy's was clean as I walked inside. The service was fast, and this place was fully staffed. The cashier was friendly, professional, and she was cute too. She was quick to take my order, but most of all, I got my food fast, and it was still hot. This location is next to a truck stop. Hopefully they will still be consistent the next time I'm there.
I ordered the new bacon mushroom burger. I got the single big bacon classic I also ordered a regular burger with no lettuce and got it with no cheese. Take out #20057. Focusing will help get the order right.
