I went to wingstop to pickup my doordash order and first they gave me someone else’s food then when they remade my order they forgot 2 of my items i realized when i got home and i live 20 minutes away so i went there and back 2 times and when i got there they weren’t even ready. when i got my food they gave me half a chicken strip as one. they also messed up my fries.

Ayeeee they food be looking good and smelling good but sometimes they make mistakes like every place does however these are burnt I don’t recommend ordering last minute like I did my order was wrong and a little darker than I would like hopefully we can resolve the issue for late night customers

I got two boxes of six wings with fries and a drink tonight, but the food was so bland! I asked for ranch, but they gave me blue cheese instead. The service was awful; when we walked in, the staff just stared at us without offering to help and kept telling each other to take our order. They were working so slowly and seemed completely indifferent, even though it wasn't busy. The fries were nasty, the wings were cold, and it felt like a total waste of money.

Came here tonight to grab something to eat for me and my family and I was not going to sit in the heat their is no way possible you can sit and enjoy a meal in the heat you would think they would use the air conditioner for the customers as well as their workers who are around hot oil all day it shows they really don’t care about heat exhaustion. We ended up just walking out
