It looked perfect, and I am very hard to please because I am spoiled and have a professional baker as a sister and do some baking myself so I’m very familiar with great cakes…. And not so great ones sometimes ? but luckily this was not the case here it was beautifully executed, and tasted absolutely delicious moist light crumb texture. Also a great deal for the price we would’ve paid way more at a large scale bakery I would highly recommend!

I contacted Andrea to make a cake for my sister’s small wedding with just a couple of weeks’s notice and she did such an amazing job. I live all the way across the country so it was refreshing to have found someone who communicated thoroughly and delivered a beautiful cake exactly as planned.We wanted a very simple cake that had two different flavors. Although I was not able to come to the wedding last minute, (thanks covid) I was told by my sister, the bride, that the cake was so tasty and there wasn’t a single bite left. I highly recommend Andi’s Cakes & Bakes.

As much as I'd like to give a positive experience, I tried to order from here by submitting a request on the website by email which took about 1 day respectfully. But after that got in contact with the employee/owner. Exchanged about 2 texts and haven't heard from them since. I feel like I'm not taken seriously as a customer and with time running out and an event that is coming up for me. I no longer feel comfortable requesting an order anymore. The response time is long and communication seriously lacks. I respect small businesses overall and give a fair chance but this one ain't it chief.

I tried to reach this girl but never answer. Then l found that she didn’t have any kind of permits or business license to operate in Manteca city. I know homemade is delicious but at least operate legally, and have all health department permits so costumers feel safe when buy from her, Well that is what I think. Any ways l found some other girl that have a home business and the cakes are delicious and she operate legally ?
