Manager Courtney was amazing. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, but Courtney went above and beyond to help guide us to great places in town to check out while we were here on a short stop. Location was good to our hotel (walking distance). Very glad to find this American icon of a location.

Quality of drinks watered down to no alcohol. Long Island iced teas, got our hors d'oeuvres first and 10 minutes later. Then got our drinks 30 minutes later. Got our food. Cold cheese wasn't even fully melted on a chicken fiesta and then waited another 15 to 20 minutes to get a check so we could leave zero tip left.

The food was good the waitress did her job well but I had to give this location 1 star due to the musty old carpet smell that is obvious as soon as you walk in. When we were sat at our booth I couldn't get over the smell so I shined my phone light under the table and saw that the closing crew or who ever does the cleaning needs to be replaced. The amount of food crumbs and trash under the table and on the sides of the bench and the wall was disgusting. If my wife and I didn't already eat we would have left. Seriously in dark areas get a flashlight and check your employees area before they clock out. And rip out that old nasy carpet, that smell can't be covered up. I'll try eating there again someway in the future. I hope the management corrects those issues.

Ive seen Erika for a couple years and she always make the environemmt very inviting. She is constantly checkin to make sure i dont need anything and she is extremely nice. Other workers should strive to exceed as much as she does. I would most likely chose a different location if he moved
