Went there with a group of friends close to 9. We sat in the bar area and out server Fabiana was amazing. She was attentive, funny, nice, and had an all around good vibe. She took great care of us. We had two rounds or drinks and our food came out pretty fast for the amount of people in the restaurant. We'd definitely be back for another night out. Hopefully we get Fabiana again.

Nobody to greet 3 partys of people, front of house didn't know who was working an empty booth so we had to wait to see if we could be seated. When seated the seat was broken. Missing springs, any padding and sunk in like a used sofa. Waiter took almost 30mins after getting waters for any orders. Menus were ripped and falling apart then dirty silverware with brown stains wrapped up in ripped napkins. Our Margaret's came with no sugar on the rim. So we asked the waiter and he said "that's how they come" and walked away. Our Apps came out cold had the chips and spinach dip and the dip was cold and stiff. At that point we flagged down a waiter to cancel our order and asked to pay. The manteca location gets worse and worse everytime I go.

Our experience at this location was the worst service I have had in many years. The staff took over a few minutes to even acknowledge that we walked into the restaurant. Once we got seated the waiter didn't show up for at least 5min. We ordered the all you can eat ribs and wings stuff. When the ribs got to our table and we tried them, they were super cold like the meat had been sitting out for hours and they just slapped some sauce on them. But the waiter took over 8min to even come check on us. We told him that the ribs were cold and he took our plates with the French fries coleslaw, once the next order of ribs and wings came out a different person only brought meat, no fries or coleslaw. We asked for more fries and she said okay, but she never brought them. When the normal waiter came back i ordered more wings and asked for fries.. but a different person only brought out the meat again! I yelled about why the hell can we not get fries the waiter finally put in an order for us. By the time we were ready to leave the fries finally got to the table. Worst experience ever there. Between the cold food and the waiter not waiting on us or checking on it was not fun at all.

Ordered for carside to go. Got there on time & watched servers look at us as they walked past the door. Waited 15 min for them to bring the order out or come out to ask if they could assist us. Finally, we walked inside ourselves, showed our order info on my phone & server brought our order to us. [I wasn't aware until afterwards that there was a text (or maybe e-mail) for me to hit when we arrived. My phone was in my purse, I placed the order on my laptop, got myself ready to go & left so I didn't check my phone or responses.] Even if I didn't do that part about clickling the link to let them know I was there, I would think one of the staff, seeing us out there right outside the door with lights for 15 min on would have come out. The waiter gave no no apologies for making us wait, etc. Got home....Food was cold. Chicken Won Ton tacos had basically no Asian chili sauce & no cilantro. Quesadilla burger had no pepper jack cheese & no Pico de gallo. Basically a very tasteless meal the tortillas/shells on both items were soggy & soft. Ended up tossing away ½ of my meal. Hubby's chicken Alfredo was good but cold. At this point I can't recommend any dishes because my favs were sooo bad.

We had a great experience for lunch today. Angela W. provided great service and was friendly and nice. It was still a little busy from the lunch hour, but we still had great and courteous service. We moved from the Bay area over a year ago and this is our first time dining here.
