Absolutely terrible service. I stared at empty tables for an hour and 45 minutes this evening all while the claimed thatvthe 1st available reservation was after 8:00 PM. Finally scored a High top in the bar area. A dozen employees standing around socializing, It took them no less than 10 minutes to clear and wipe the table. There are still 20 empty tables and folks begging to eat here. Makes zero sense. Let's see if the food is worth a damn. My kiddos are starving. Update - food was great, portions very large for the cost. The bartender was great as well. She ended up serving us.

Basic atmosphere, nothing note worthy looks wise. Great server! Very kid friendly. Good food, very good fresh chicken nachos. Kid menu and kid portions were great.

* Very unfriendly staffs and servers.
* Wait time is really long.
* Wasn’t really helpful with my missing order.
*Not worth of the stress

After waiting for a long time to get orders, then it comes “missing order “?When I let them know about the missing order, I was told that all the servers are busy. After waiting for a while, I asked another staff but she said unpleasantly that she doesn’t deal with the orders. All the staffs seem overwhelmed and frustrated. We spent over $100+ but felt like we’re begging for food according to the way we were treated. My daughter and me were standing at the corner for a long time not knowing what to do while her friends were eating. It would be great if they can offer friendly and helpful services to all customers. So far Not worth of the stress.

It is inside the Great Wolf Lodge. Food is tasty. This place is alright for a hotel restaurant.

Sat at the bar and waited 20 minutes before flagging someone down to order only to be told we needed to order at the bar? Our order was wrong but never fixed. Will probably never spend money here again. It was way overpriced for overcooked food as well.

Ugh. MAYBE 1.5 stars. We had dinner here last night and it was sub-par at best, especially for the cost. My kids got $10 cheeseburger kids meals, that claimed to come with fruit, vegetables, (and fries)... It came with I kid you not 2-3 little baby carrots, 2 tiny celery stalks, and 3-4 grapes in a "bowl" that was meant for when someone asks for their ketchup on the side. The burger itself was full of little gristly bits and the bun was soggy as if the whole thing had been microwaved together. FYI it comes with cheese and nothing else. No pickles, lettuce, tomato...nothing. The fries were fine. I had the lettuce wraps and they were awful. The lettuce was limp, the "pineapple corn slaw" was literally canned corn and pineapple mixed together, the pickled carrots had super old chopped cilantro mixed in and tasted off, and the chicken was swimming in a sweet chili sauce, all for $14. My husband got the $19 entree burger and fries and said it was fine but nothing exceptional. Our waitress never came back to refill our drinks (probably because we weren't drinking alcohol) or check to see how the food was.
I get it that this is a restaurant within a water park, but really? Chilis or Applebee's would be 3x better and not as pricey, and I'm not a big fan of either of those places either. Do yourself a favor and just pick up a pizza from Costco, literally right next door.

Ribs were dry. Fries were lukewarm. Coleslaw was wilted & disgusting. $30. Disappointing!

This is a sit down family friendly place that’s noisy and chaotic in a good way inside Great Wolf Lodge we were not expecting such good food and service. Our server Donovan was amazing! The kids loved the grill cheese/hamburger/ salad was great and salmon was amazing. I appreciate attentive, responsive and polite servers like Donovan who likely don’t get treated like they should by patrons. Well cooked food and decent adult drinks at average prices.. loved it! These negative reviews are from a bunch of rotted souls, this isn’t a gourmet restaurant in a kid’s water park.. it was still great.

Came in today (8/13/23) at around 7 pm. We were seated right away. The appetizer was amazing and it was a great amount as well. The salmon and the BBQ ribs were amazing ! We were so full but we made room for the smores in the table and it did not disappoint! Everything is delicious here and I would definitely come again !

Another great stay here at Great Wolf Lodge. We stayed for two nights in the Grizzly Bear Suite, which honestly was like a small apartment. It was spacious and clean, overlooking the pool. A lot of reviews say that the food is pricey. Of course it's pricey, it's an amusement park. It's also pricey at Six Flags or Disneyland. What do you expect? That said, the Campfire Kitchen breakfast buffet is terrible and we'll never make that mistake again. I would have been OK with the $75.00 (for 4) cost if the food was good but much of it wasn't edible. The pancakes are very thin, almost like a crepe, and don't tear easily so they're hard to cut. I tried to cut my daughter's for her and wasn't making much progress with the plasticware so I ended up ripping it apart with my hands. The omelette I got had a rubbery texture to it and had a cardboard like taste to it so I didn't eat it. The ham looked fresh and had just been sliced. Each of us took a piece, but the kids kept saying it tasted funny. I tried it and thought it tasted OK enough to eat but certainly not the quality you would expect from a resort buffet. Not much flavor to it. The scrambled eggs were OK. So all in all we paid $75.00 for horrible half-eaten pancakes, a few pieces of bacon, a few bites of not-so-good ham, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and milk. There are enough offsite restaurants nearby or a Dunkin on site so next time we'll do that. We did have dinner at the Barnwood restaurant, which was very good and on par with what you would expect from resort dining. Staff was very courteous and I appreciated how every time we were walking down the hall to or from our room, they would greet us and say "good morning" or "have a good day!". We first came here two years ago when everything was brand new. The resort still looks great and I can tell it's well taken care of. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again in the future.

If you’re curious about this place, don’t be- I do not recommend. The good- not much to share here other than maybe the ability to order coffee on mobile ahead of time to go down to Dunkin Donuts for pickup. The bad- this place is so small and the price is exorbitant for what you actually get. Lunch for my family of 4 with 2 alcoholic drinks was about $120. Mind you, the food quality is pretty low and the bartender who served us seemed lackluster at best. 2 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, one pretzel, 2 sodas, 2 margaritas- $120… unbelievable. The water park is very small and reeks of chlorine. Our room wasn’t ready, which wasn’t a big deal… but they told us we could store our things in lockers inside the park. Well, that was half true- the lockers are pretty small (wouldn’t fit our small carryon bags, which we had to leave outside the water park ) and pricey. $25 for a “jumbo” that fits about 2 backpacks. $15 for a “large” that fits about 1 backpack. $10 for a regular size that fits a purse and/or other small items. Wait times for slides at the water park are long. Lifeguards were ok, but there was one that was very rude. When we walked into the wave pool area she stopped me and with quite a bit of attitude told me my daughter needed a life jacket because of her size. I explained to her I didn’t realize this because she can swim and no one explained “rules” of any sort to us. She then told me it was posted (by the lifejackets, that I wasn’t even looking at because, again, my daughter can swim). She went on to say it doesn’t matter if she is on a swim team, it’s a liability. Ok, cool… got her the life jacket, I could have done without the attitude. We weren’t purposefully trying to break rules, honest mistake, calm down. From this point on I was over the trip and it really had just begun. The ugly- DO NOT PAY FOR THE BREAKFAST BUFFET! It was one of the worst, lowest quality breakfasts I think I’ve ever had. For $20 a head you’d think they’d at least have fresh eggs. The food wasn’t stocked well and the quality was terrible. Hash browns- cold and hard. “Egg omelet” seemed to be made of powder. Fresh fruits were extremely limited. Oatmeal was ok. You’re better off ordering food at Dunkin and calling it a day!

This place is overbuilt. It charges exorbitantly for everything like breakfast, close parking. There are microwaves in the room. There is one microwave for the entire floor so it can be more than 8 minutes of walk to it. Non free breakfast and all activities are small and charge extra. The lines are really long at the front desk. The management has focused on increasing its profit by cost cutting every where and is charging an arm and leg. This place is more than 90 minutes middle of nowhere for they Bay Area. Food is limited and not much options. They try to be a Disneyland but are nowhere close that level. The only thing here is a water park but that place can be done in day and does not require a stay. We regret coming here.

This lodge is tailored for big kids. Negative: no playground for kids to play! They need a park or playground! Water park is tailored for big kids! They need a quiet room for moms putting kids to sleep! Everything costs extra money except water park! Outdoor pool no services! No umbrellas! No towel services, no food services! Food is terrible! Horrible! And expensive. Alcoholic drinks are watered down! Ice cream is not good and barely any selection . Everything you have to pay for, golf, adventure activities, arcade. More expensive than it is worth! It's crowded! Positive: it's new and clean! The arts and crafts are fun! Dance party was fun! We won't come here again!
