Having this sundaes is terrible, Like drinking melted ice cream,It's very, very soft,Didn't enjoy it,It's nasty.I believe the employee's here have turned down the freezer to make the ice cream softer and easier to scoop for themselves. It was like having a milkshake, with 2 scoops blended into one liquid.

Ice cream is great, but I walked into very loud country music playing. That's not my kind of a relaxing family ice cream fun.

This is THE spot for a special cake or just a cone. All of the staff is friendly and work quickly to get everyone served no matter how busy they are. The store is always clean and well stocked.

I am a happy customer. Birthdays are very special, and Baskin Robbins never disappoints. Very delicious, and has the cutest cakes.

5 STARS FOR KAREN!!!!!! But, on the other hand, the other lady that was working tonight on 10/1/2022 around 7:45 was not 5 stars.. We walked in and the other lady was immediately rude and looked irritated that my boyfriends son wanted to try a flavor and had rolled her eyes. She then had told us that the cold brew was out when we had tried to order the cold brew.. Karen had then walked up and corrected the other lady and went and got more cold brew that took her 2 seconds to make, kinda lazy if you ask me‍ but miss Karen stepped in and helped with the rest!! super sweet and helped up to the greatest extent!! Thank you Karen!

I always order the same thing which is the Reese’s sundae and a Coca Cola. I decided to switch it up and get the snickers sundae this time. They barely filled it up halfway and gave me the little spoon for my sundae. They always give you the big spoons. Won’t be ordering again as I paid $9.98 for the sundae and did not get my moneys worth. Very disappointed and unhappy.

We went into the store to order a Reese's Polar Pizza as described on their website. I had a free cake certificate for up to $40. I called ahead of time and asked if this could be ordered over the phone or online and was told no, because of the certificate. So we went to the store, told them we wanted the Reese's Polar Pizza, we were told but that is only $26.99 so you can get a 1/2 sheet cake and proceeded to prepare the order as a 1/2 sheet cake. This is not what we asked for or wanted. I did not care that the certificate was for up to $40 and I would be wasting the remaining portion of the certificate, I wanted the Reese's Polar Pizza. According to their website this is: "A chocolate chip cookie crust with Peanut Butter 'n Chocolate Ice Cream, topped with REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup pieces and drizzled with REESE'S® peanut butter sauce and fudge topping." We received a brownie crust with vanilla ice cream, topped with Reese's peanut butter cup pieces and drizzled with Reese's peanut butter sauce and fudge topping. I was also told I would get a phone call or text when it was ready for pickup, since this was a 24-48 hour window before it would be ready. I called the store 25 hours after to find out if it was ready for pickup. The first call I had to explain what I was asking and the girl who answered the phone said she did not deal with cakes, I said I was asking to see if my order was ready, that I was not ordering a cake. She said oh okay, hold on and proceeded to hang up the phone. I called back a second time, said that I had been hung up on and was checking on my order. She then proceeded to hang up on me again. I called a third and fourth time to only get their voice mail. I finally called a fifth time and told the girl do not hang up on me and I would like to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager was not there and there was only two of them working. I then explained again, that I was checking to see if my order was ready for pickup and that the person that I spoke to twice previously had hung up on me. She finally said, she was the one who took the order the previous evening and that it was ready for pickup. This was for my grandson's birthday and he really wanted the chocolate peanut butter ice cream which we did not receive. The service is not great in there and they obviously do not listen or care what their customers ask for. I guess they are only capable of scooping ice cream and not much else.

I would give 0/10 if I could. I went in with my task trained service dog, who had been trained for 3 years. She wasn't wearing a vest because it was last minute and by ADA (Americans with disabilities act)law service dogs don't need to be wearing anything. Immediately an employee was yelling at me and stating they can't serve me because she wasn't marked as a service dog. It is illegal to deny access because of a service animal. My dog was being perfectly well behaved and listened to al her commands as she's trained to do. I ended up having a medical episode because I couldn't listen to my dogs alerts because I was trying to educate the employee. She was worried about my dogs fur getting in the food. My dog doesn't shed as she's hypoallergenic. Then she kept stating it was baskin robbins policy, but the state and federal law both override buisness policy. I ended up calling the cops and the ADA/DOJ (department of justice) hotline and she finally let me eat when the cops told her the same thing I told her. She had to call her manager and was giving me dirty looks as she was leaving since her shift ended like 5 minutes after I walked in. Funniest part was there was a piece of human hair in my ice cream. (Wasn't mine because mine was dyed green at the time and the hair was black). I was just trying to have a fun trip with my friends, I shouldn't have to be discriminated against because I am disabled. Unfortunately this happens quite often and it's really disappointing.

Absolutely rude people and horrible experience. Went to get ice cream with my six-year-old son. They made his ice cream first so he obviously pulled his mask down a little and began to eat it why they made my milkshake. We were six feet away from the employees and there were no other customers. Employee was extremely rude to my six-year-old told him to put his mask back on and stop eating his icecream.
