I placed an order for delivery a few nights ago. Well, there was a problem with the order. I called, and when I started to describe the issue, the young lady knew exactly what had happened. She was apologetic, and she asked if I would come by so that they could make things right, and I agreed. When I showed up a day or so later, I was assisted by another very nice, apologetic young lady who was aware of the issue. Everything was made right, and I left very pleased. People can be so rushed, hostile, and rude these days. These young ladies were a breath of fresh air. Good customer service is much appreciated. But being polite and kind is everything.

Honestly, trying to create a review on ice cream is difficult. I have no complaints and I'm not sure how I would. The servers were great and helpful. They were courteous. The location was clean and the ice cream was a perfect end to a hot day in Manteca.

Not sure what's going on with what we received from grub hub.Sundae was missing toppings and chocolate chip shake was over blended and turned into a chocolate shake. I'll go to the other main st location next time. They make it correctly.

Bad experience,first time going into this store came in for a late night craving on the website it says they close at 10pm came in @ 9:30pm one of the girls told me they weren’t doing drinks at the moment all I wanted was a cappuccino blast, I didnt ask questions all I said was ok and walked. Kind of looked like they were cleaning up they probably didn’t want to get the blender dirty but I mean I would understand if I came in 10 min before closing but 30 min idk. Wouldn’t recommend. ????

Walked in 5/19 @1:30 the cake decorator was on the phone with a customer. I waited then another customer walked in and she attended to him first with all these cake questions and started an order with him I'm on a limited 30 minute break and was ignored. Very rude and inconsiderate

The Baskin Robbins located at 1111 South Main Street in Manteca, California is right off highway 120 & about a mile away from 99. Very convenient location if you are on the go & want a great blended coffee (add an extra shot for more caffeine;)), smoothie, or thick creamy shake. They also have about 40 flavors of ice cream and sundaes etc. Their cakes looked amazing the display was full. They also have dairy free & no added sugar options. The staff is very good at making suggestions according to your needs.
First time went there. Girls with fake long nails did not have gloves on & got the brownies out and out in the cap. Seriously? This place needs to spend more and get gloves for their employee. I was amazed to see those beautiful long fake nails touched the food Ewwwww

We walked in behind a wrestling team and thought we would be waiting, but they helped us out quickly with a smile. Very friendly and efficient service. This store is very clean and I see staff always sanitizing surfaces and touch points. Location is very convenient , lots of parking available. Amazing cakes in variety of flavors and decorations. Free fresh baked waffle when you get two scoops of any icecream ;)
