Ordered the chicken burger and some fries. Chicken burger was by far the worst I've had in my life. It was like eating a sponge. It's almost impressive how they ended up making it this bad. Fries and drinks were ok.

Food was not good. I knew as soon as I took my first bite. My kids couldn’t eat it at all. Really disappointing to spend $59 for four lunches and all of us didn’t care for any of our choices. I would recommend spending a couple more dollars and get great burgers and fries from Barnwood (also inside Great Wolf Lodge).

Kiosk was laggy couldn't order. Had to talk to staff to enter it in manually. The food took 25 minutes to prepare and even though my order said ready on the screen for 10 min the staff said it was not rrady yet. Patty was like rubber. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger ended up with a pretty pathetic cheeseburger.
